We ordered a $ 9000 bed 2 weeks ago with a delivery date of 9.12.14 with a time frame of 1 – 4 pm. I have rearranged my house and taken all bedding off my old mattress as instructed. I have waited at home all day to receive a call at 4:22 that it will not be delivered for some unknown reason that they knew this morning from the freight company. They can keep the bed. Terrible customer service. I will be bringing back the 2 $ 100 pillows and $ 279 sheets that did arrive on 9.10.14! Unbelievable
