Love love LOVE this place! Dr. Vo is amazing and the gals on the floor are so nice and patient! My experience was 5 stars from the exam to picking out glasses to ordering contacts. Plus, the space is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Dr. Vo to everyone. She is the sweetest doctor I have ever had and she is also very knowledgeable, but explains everything in plain English. I have been going to Dr. Vo since she opened over a year ago for regular eye appointments and contacts, and she recently gave me a great recommendation for my LASIK surgery.
The office is bright, clean, and well designed. The staff is nice and makes setting appointments and reminders easy. The equipment is state of the art and helps make checkups painless. I always feel good about myself leaving her office!

Dr.Vo and her staff were so great and friendly! I got there and didn’t have to wait at all. I was the only person there, which is crazy because every other eye doctor I have been to they are herding you in and out like cattle. They attended to all my needs and concerns and then some!
State of the art equipment, great selection of glasses for all price ranges. They even design their own brand of eye glasses. They also have free beverages and koozies which was so great, it made me feel very pampered.

Dr. Vo is the jam… Super engaging and very knowledgeable… The appointment setting process was easy (online) and very intuitive. Dr. Vo was on time for our arranged time– she was engaging and professional. I felt like I was in good hands as she explained the purpose of all of the tests. Aside from the clinical process, the shop boasts a wide range of designer frames that is unmatched in Austin. If you are looking for unique and/​or funky glasses– Look+See is your one and only stop!

My first eye appointment in a very long time and I loved this place! They helped me pick out my glasses and everything, super helpful would recommend!

I had a great exam here and have recommended it to all of my friends in South Austin. Dr. Vo was so quick, thorough, and professional, and was so pleasant. The clinic is nice and has state-​of-​the-​art equipment, yet they didn’t push anything on me and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.
(If only I could find a dentist in the ’04 that I liked this much!)

Lovely staff, great selection, especially for children and cool brands that you’ve never heard of. I especially liked the Danish styles. Dr. Go was great and very patient with my son.

I had a great experience at Look + See! Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Vo did an amazing job, and answered all of my questions — even the silly ones. The selection of frames they have is awesome — I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses!

Dr. Vo and her staff are great. Hadn’t had an eye exam in years. Ended up with two pairs of prescription Ray Ban’s, and the entire process was amazing. Seriously love this place!

I love this place! The office is beautiful and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
Dr. Vo is the best of both worlds. She’s super fun and relatable, but she also knows her stuff. She asked me questions no other optometrist has and paid close attention to detail with my vision. I have funky vision, and she was able to understand it right away and explain it to me in a way that made complete sense; not the same experience I’ve had with other optometrists. It’s a nice feeling when you know you’re being taken care of.
The glasses selection blew me out of the water! No more are the days where you dread wearing «dorky» glasses. These glasses are so cute and trendy; I wanted to buy five pairs!
It was so hard to make a selection because I loved so many, but Dr. Vo and her staff did an excellent job helping me to narrow them down. You won’t get that kind of customer care at any other typical office.
I won’t go to anyone else now, and it’s awesome that I get to support a local business. Highly recommend Look + See Vision!

First time coming to an eye doctor in Austin since moving here from Florida. Dr. Vo is awesome to say the least, she lectured me, I haven’t been lectured since I was in college by my mama! Anyway, it was a well deserved lecture (a funny one at that) for being the loser who sleeps with his contacts on for a month plus.
she did all the eye tests needed and with great credible humor (who doesn’t like some humor while their eyeballs are being dilated).
Very funky atmosphere which I loved and front desk was very helpful with getting me some «hip» glasses (since my style is an old Cuban man style). I ended up getting the ones that Dr. Vo recommended and I’m still waiting to get them in which it does take about two weeks considering I went through insurance.
overall, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful doctor, wonderful employee. The ONE downside was that it was rather pricey (even with insurance) but you get what you pay for which is quality.

Great service… very helpful, and educated me on a few new things.

I would certainly agree with other reviews, warm and welcoming, with a side of humor. Dr. Vo was thorough, but also efficient. Dr. Vo helped me with my frame selection, and the entire staff made the final selection from the top three. I highly recommend Dr. Vo, and Look + See Vision Care.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Look + See Vision Care. We were first greeted by Alicia who was warm and welcoming with the added bonus of having a great sense of humor. Because we were early for our appointments, we were able to peruse the huge selection of frames and chose some favorites to consider after our exams. Although the selection of frames was vast, the atmosphere was very relaxed and we never felt any pressure to buy frames from their office.
Dr. Vo was with a patient when we arrived (again, we were early) but magically appeared right when our first appointment was scheduled. My exam was thorough, informative and painless. Dr. Vo is incredibly knowledgeable and has a «We can fix any problem» attitude. I felt completely at ease and in good hands. When it came to choosing frames that were perfect for me, both Dr. Vo and Alicia had just the right amount of opinion to help guide me in the right direction. I definitely felt like I was going to leave with frames that were not only functional (the whole point, right??) but also fashionable — I know I’m going to look great in my new frames… and be able to see better too!
I highly recommend Look + See Vision Care — my husband and I will be clients for life!

What a great first time experience! Dr. Tammy Vo and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Explained everything I needed to know about my prescription and concerns, and had many laughs along the way.
The office is amazing, with a ridiculously great selection of frames. Dr. Tammy Vo even managed to know what I meant when I said I wanted glasses that were «funky, but not too funky…» Within minutes she had helped narrow down my selection and then gave me honest and friendly recommendations on which pairs fit (and looked!) best on my round Polish face. :)

Look + See Vision fills a neat space in the eyecare market. Whereas some spots are cold and clinical, Look + See feels like a laid-​back West Elm showroom. The eye doctor was super friendly, and they accepted my vision insurance.
My usual M.O. is to buy frames online, but Look + See had enough unique frames to make it worth my time (and money) to buy them in the store. A week or so after my order, I walked out with hip frames that make me feel like the K-​pop star I really am (or at least the one I am in my dreams.)
