After a day of house hunting and finally buying a house my husband and I were in a need for greasy food and beer. We both love Buffalo Wild Wings and decided to give this location a go since we will be living in this area soon.
Our server, Justin, was funny and attentive. We ordered a starter of fried pickles and tried some new beers we never had before. The pickles and beer were a great starter. Don’t forget happy hour prices yields a little discount on both the beers and pickles.
My husband and I both ordered wings. My husband ordered the boneless wings half Thai curry and buffalo seasonings. I got traditional wings in Thai curry and Mumbai Marsala. Both favors were very flavorful and I wish they would keep the Marsala on the menu full time.
I foresee my husband and I coming here in the future.

So the reason for the 1 star comes from a coagulation of difficulties we encountered.
A gentleman named Gilbert was our server last night (1−11−16).
In short, my girlfriend wanted wings with half the sauce on them for spicy was reasons and that didn’t happen.
Next, they got my buddy’s double Jack and Sprite wrong with By adding Coke.
Then, my double Captain press came out extremely weak. When we all finished our round, we got another. My double Captain press came back really dark and my buddy’s double Jack and Sprite came back how it is supposed to be. When I tasted mine, I could taste Pepsi in it. The bartender had splashed a dark soda in it to make it appear darker like it had more alcohol.
This was where I talked to the manager and had the bartender make a double Captain press in front of us in a rocks (short) glass. It came out way lighter than the one I brought back. Dishonest bartending was the last straw. The manager said he would give us some coupons and take a percentage off the bill, but only took that one drink off which was $ 5.00.
Sadly, the wings weren’t too impressive either and we won’t be returning.
This male bartender was the epitome of a horrible service industry employee.

The service was ok, the wings were way overpriced and weren’t at all that good in all honesty. I ordered the lemon pepper medium boneless wings but the wings lacked flavor. Tasted very generic and like KFC chicken. Was dipping my wings and ranch to gather the bits of Lemmon pepper seasoning at the bottom but still lackluster. The fires left a bad taste in my mouth and the celery was not at all green. Mostly white and dis colored. The only good thing was the soda. Wouldn’t come back, could buy better wings for a lot less at Pizza Patron.

Daytime bartender bri is great. Not sure if she still works there. Anyhow this location is more consistent than the others. Some of the girls working the to go counter are brain dead. Anyhow, order at the table or bar. Everything comes out great. Fast internet. Great patio. I will be back!

The food is ok, but the service is horrible. They either won’t wait on you, or spend most of their time cleaning up instead of serving. Repeated discussions with management changed nothing.

Oh B dubs… Where did our relationship go wrong? I used to eat you for lunch all the time. Now after a couple of years apart, you’ve changed.
The wings were decent, but the overall dining experience was sad. Hooters has now surpassed you on my wing list.

Tons of tvs, excellent wings. Perfect place to watch a game.

More expensive than other wing places in town and so not worth it. Okay appetizer, wrong order, slow service. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Wasn’t sure what to expect after all the negative reviews here. In my opinion, these are darn good wings, reminded me of the buffalo wings I used to get when I lived in New York City (a lot closer to the source), and I thought *much* tastier than those you get at Hooters. We just had the traditional buffalo wings «hot» and as far as I can see they got it just right… lots of sauce and meaty chicken, nicely cooked. The service and the drinks were very good too, and in fact the server was particularly friendly and helpful. Not the very cheapest place you can go but I felt the value was perfectly reasonable, especially considering all the great stuff on the screens above. We’ll be back whenever we need a wing fix!

This location has shorted us on wings at least 3 different times when we ordered to-​go. Always by at least two wings every time. Count them before you leave if you order to-​go.

Poor service due to waitress talking to people like a chating and I waited for the sour cream for ten min and the wedge potatoes and food was alittle cold and the boneless wings tasted like over cooked.

Went to here today because my cousin begged me too but I should have went to pluckers. Our waitress Steph was worthless she was so unfriendly. The first thing that happen was that I found a big shred of lettuce in my cup of soda when I told her about it she didn’t offer me another drink she just said «Eww that’s gross!» I had to tell her to get me another drink ! Then at the end of our meal we told her who was paying for what and she went and split the entire meal and drinks in half. We asked to make the corrections she said she would try because she wasn’t sure how to do corrections. As for the food the wings and hamburger we ordered were editable. I truly lost my appetite after knowing they don’t wash their dishes properly. Pluckers is better and it’s always packed for a reason because it’s delicious with great customer service !

Literally had a roach crawling up the wall next to the booth and the manager acted like it was nothing. Lost my appetite.

Been coming here for years. Lysha always recognizes me and remembers my favorites. Can get busy during a big game, but that’s the point right?
Food comes quick, recommend the you get your wings extra wet. It’s worth it.

Went here last night and placed a to go order. Place was packed and was charging to watch the UFC fight. I watched it for free while waiting on my wings (which took about 30 minutes) I am not complaining they were busy. Saturday night… makes sense. Solid tasting wings, a bit pricey but eh what isn’t anymore.

To begin with I’m not a fan of bww food but they do have good drinks and my husband likes the wings. My recent visit, just today, I tried out a new wrap and I did not like it at all but I did not mention it because I am a picky eater. So when the manager came by and noticed the uneaten wrap he was kind enough to take it off our bill even without me asking! So ok food but great service.

You want to find a place to watch the big game?! Then you have found it my friend! There are more tvs in this place that you can shake a stick at (not really sure what that means… why would you shake a stick at anything) but the point is there are plenty of tvs that you will get to see the game you want if it is being broadcasted. Now the food… great selection of wings and sauces! You should not leave disappointed with your selection, but they do have other choices just in case you’re not into wings, but then why would you be at a place called buffalo wild wings!?! Come by enjoy some good food and action. Only issue is that sometimes the service can lack, but just order some cold ones sit back and have a good time.

So I’m not a sports fan, which can make Buffalo Wild Wings very challenging at times. I do however love watching UFC events and living in South Austin its often hard to find a Sports Bar to watch UFC pay per views. Buffalo Wild Wings has become my go to place for those events.
The wings are by no means the best I have ever had, they aren’t bad though. I’ve been on a low carb diet and was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find much to eat here. Enter the Salt and Vinegar wings…
The Salt and Vinegar wings here are absolutely amazing. everything else on the menu I find sub-​par and just not all that great. but these wings are just salty and vinegary enough to make me smile with every bite. I highly recommend giving them a try.
I’d also like to give them points for having draft Michelob Ultra. The beer selection isn’t great but really isn’t all that bad either. They do have a full bar so you have options.
When my friends suggested we go here to watch the UFC I was initially hesitant, but now I don’t mind so much, its not a very cool place but it gets the job it was designed for done.

I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings — I am familiar with their menu, know what type of sauces I like, know they got cold beer on draft, and most importantly know I will be able to see the games I want to see wherever I am sitting.
Last night I came to this location for a birthday party. Granted it was NFL Draft Night AND NBA Playoffs (Series 2) there were a lot of people. I was with a party of 15 people on the patio that included 8 kids. It took a little over an hour to get our drink orders in and another 15 minutes to get our food order in. We arrived at 7pm and did not get down to chowing until well after 9:15pm.
Kaila, our waitress, was amazing! Even after waiting an hour for someone, ANYONE, to walk by, she was nice enough to wait on our party after we asked her if we could get some service. She was amazing!!! Had it not been for her, I don’t think I would have stayed past an hour to get served. THANK YOU KAILA.
Restaurant and restrooms were clean, patio was a bit smoky with people coming out to smoke so if you are eating outside on the large patio — beware! Smokers will congregate near your table and puff their smokes around you. TV’s were bright and loud and had a little bit of everything.
