We’ve gone to Bat City Awards for several needs now for our non-​profit. Each time, not only have their employees been helpful, their turnaround time speedy, and their quality great, but Trey has worked with us to ensure that we’re making the most economical choice AND the best impression on those who see the items we ordered.
They use their years of experience making these items to really help you find what will give the most bang for your buck.
Here’s the biggest reason we’ll return to them again and again: Our very first order — only 5 pieces — had an issue with the printing. We brought them back in, and they fixed it within 20 minutes, free of charge.
It’s a rare company that you can trust with your business and know that they’re coming up with the best option at the lowest price.

I’ve used Bat City Awards on two separate occasions recently and both experiences were wonderful! The first was for paperweight awards and a gavel for a student organization and the second were some absolutely adorable small trophies with the «lamp of knowledge» for some staff awards. Both orders were prepared very quickly and at a great price.
I encourage you to check them out because they are very friendly and have a very speedy turnaround time!

Since my initial review, I’ve been back twice to get other trophies made for karaōke league events and these guys always do a great job. They also apparently have great memories – every single time I’ve walked through their door after my first visit they’ve been like «hey! karaōke league!».
I think the best part about these guys though has to be the quick turnaround. They can build you the most ridiculous trophy you’ve ever dreamed of in just a couple of days… and if you give them a vision (as I do with the karaōke trophies…“make it as hideously tacky as possible”) they totally go with it.
So if you ever find yourself in need of a trophy… go here. They rock.
