Unprofessional, and unable to recognize her mistakes. I left her a few days before Thanksgiving and did not receive the item 12 days later– understandable with the holiday season, the embroidery I got was slightly tilted and positioned incorrectly. I didn’t want to deal with her again because of her attitude and I’ll surely be going elsewhere
