I bought a washer and dryer from this place, brought them home and tried to plug them up but the threads were stripped on the connector(there’s no way they could have plugged it up to test that the washer worked at all unless they tested it and then ripped the hose off, causing the stripping). I brought it back by and they replaced the part(they couldn’t send someone out for several days, luckily i had a truck I could borrow), I took it back home, plugged it up, and ran a wash cycle. The aggitator was making a loud grinding noise when it spun and smelled like metal on metal, and when I finished the cycle and let it drain the drain pump didn’t work or come on. I’ve got an appointment from maintenance scheduled, but given the other reviews I’ve read both here and on other review sites I’m now inclined to think that the whole business is a scam.

Bought one used washer on a Fri. They offered free delivery & installation but they couldn’t do it until Mon, so I took it myself & installed. Didn’t work. They scheduled service tech for Sat. He showed up, couldn’t fix. Manager called Mon, said next available service opening was Wed, but if I brought it back, he’d fix it. I took back same day(Mon), he offered a comparable replacement that he said was tested & known to be working. I took, installed, didn’t work. I called him again, he scheduled service tech for same day, even said he’d come fix it if he had to, but after closing(6PM). At 5:30PM Mon, service tech called, said his personal car broke down, which he was using because company service truck was in shop, then said he didn’t know if he’d make it out that night, probably Tue morning first thing. I said no good, my tenant is not happy with continued delay. Tenant bought her own new one(will take with when she moves out) & I installed Mon night. Manager called Tue saying I refused to let tech come out; I said tech told me he couldn’t make it, manager claimed«you said, he said» nonsense. I asked manager for refund & pick up, he said no refunds, $ 35 pick up fee, store credit only. I declined pick up, took back myself(3rd trip @ 17 mi one way) & received slip for store credit. Contacted owner demanding refund, owner refused, citing no refund policy on receipt. Disputed charge with credit card company.
