Tri Supply – Austin

I cannot say enough good things about Tri Supply and Laura Wright, our very helpful sales person. We bought a refrigerator that just didn’t work well from the beginning. She immediately offered solutions and assistance. When nothing ultimately worked, she took care of the problem by replacing it. I didn’t have to do a thing. Installers brought the new fridge and set it up, and took the old one away. I’ll use Tri Supply as much as possible for future purchases because of this amazing experience. So few places offer solid customer service anymore. Tri Supply gets it right.

Great Service, Great Selection, Competitive Pricing!

Terrific customer service in the appliance group. We were looking for a Uline under counter fridge/​ice maker — difficult to find. First unit installed had a refrigerant leak and never worked. But, Laura was super about getting a replacement out to us painlessly and quickly. Highly recommend!

I needed to find some matching baseboards for some home repairs, but the orange and blue big box home stores didn’t have them. Eventually I was able to track down the manufacturer who told me that Tri Supply carried them, so I gave them a call to confirm.
Tri Supply were familiar with the model number (B-​MCOL314) instantly and looked in their computer system to confirm they had some. The response: «Well, it says we don’t have any in stock, but I think that’s incorrect. Can I get your contact information and call you back after I’ve checked the warehouse?» Tri Supply called back in about 15 minutes and let me know they did have them in stock despite what their computer system reported.
It was really nice to have someone take time out of their day to help me get exactly what I needed. Tri Supply also cut the base boards and helped me load them in the car. They were quick so I didn’t spend very much time in the store, but I’d definitely go back if I ever need to do more home upgrades/​repairs.
