Evicted for nonpayment of rent… where was franchise oversignt? Good for Groupon for refunding all its customers!
Bad form… or should I say: ROTTEN.
MAD GREENS is exponentially busier because of their location on the mall, but they’re also about half the price and FAST. Bye bye unwise Salad Bowl.

i love this place! but i went to the location downtown on court street, in the sheraton hotel. i didn’t know how to search for their other locations.
the salads are enormous. everything is fresh. the people are nice. and on wednesdays after two, the 8-​topping deal is only $ 5.
green fine salad is higher quality (the meats, particularly), but $ 5 is hard to beat.
2÷10÷11 UPDATE: EVICTED. I went to The Salad Bowl on Court Street today to find that they’d been evicted for not paying the rent. Not surprising that they would struggle with that… they were giving the food away! Bummer.

So lets talk lunch. One thing I learned in the sunny Colorado is that if one seeks a tasty and healthy place for lunch, Subway gets «old» fast!!! So we discovered the Salad Bowl.
Review is simple — many choices, fair prices, large sizes ($ 10 large salad easily feeds 2) and clean.
I don’t have a favorite salad to recommend, just go in and make your own. Good place, fair prices (except for the drinks, $ 1.99 fountain drink seems steep outside of a movie theater).

Great salads, great value, great selection. i have been looking for a good salad place for a while, and this place does it. Lots of tasty suggestions for salad choices, or make your own with tons of choice ingredients. Friendly staff too.

This place is awesome! My husband and I go once a week. You can customize your own salad or choose from the ones on their menu. I tend to go for the cobb or the Asian chicken. The best dressing they have is the raspberry vinaigrette.
They have great deals on Tuesday when it’s med. salad, drink, and potato for 9.99 or on Wednesday when it’s $ 5.00 for med. salad. The salads are delicious and filling, regardless of the deals!

Smack dab in the midst of Aurora’s Furniture Row is a salad specialist worthy of note.
Do you know exactly what you want on your salad? Then choose from an enormous menu of toppings (a Medium can contain 8, a Large (GASP) can fit 12!) and dressings, and watch it made before your very eyes.
Do you want to let someone else do the picking instead? Then go with one of their Signature Salads (again, available in two sizes). This past weekend I munched on the Napa Valley (chicken, blue cheese, apples, cranberries, walnuts, and, oh, some other stuff) with a deliciously tangy-​sweet Raspberry Vinaigrette.
I also tried a small (and in this case, the size was more accurate) cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup, which was crunchy, chickeny and cheesy — usually all in one bite!
Oh, and their baked potatoes are pretty darn good too.
