Order was 30 minutes past delivery time, Ceasar salad is a mixed bag of lettuce no cheese and Ceasars dressing out of a packet. No impressed with food or delivery.

Driver in blue Jeep Cherokee wreckless on the road. 0 stars. Please have a talk with driver about road courtesy. He was doing roughly 65 in a 40 on Hampden, merged with no blinker all into moderate traffic while on his cell phone texting the whole time.

Terrible pizza. I ordered a garlic and pepperoni pizza and garlic sticks. Way too much garlic and almost no pepperoni. The crust and bread sticks were flavorless. Delivery driver was awkward and handed my husband the pizza boxes and walked away without saying a word. Next time I will go with a frozen pizza.

The pudge brothers is not my favorite pizza place, but I don’t have any reasons as to why not. It’s just have others I like more but not because of anything wrong with pudge brothers. However the Pudgy B pizza is the reason I do go there when I have a craving for it. It’s AMAZING. The shell on top is seasoning with exactly the right flavors and spices. So so so good.

We have been getting pizza from Pudge Brothers for about 15 years. LOVELOVELOVE the sauce, and the whole pizza in general. My one and only complaint is the location. They used to be at Smoky Hill & Chambers, which was super close to us… the present location is more of a drive, which makes it slightly inconvenient when we just don’t feel like getting in the car late on a Sunday afternoon. However. The pizza is just so good, we do it anyhow. I would love it if they would open a location further out into SE Aurora — the Southlands mall area would be perfect.

I have ordered from the quincy location for over the past year within the last month we have had delivery from them. Tonight at on 5⁄28 I was told by a young man that he was the owner and we are now all of a sudden out of their delivery area. He then stated that my address was near mississippi and the freeway which it is no where near and that they didn’t feel like driving out to our location. So at least they told me before they took my money and drove around lost like the other person who ordered. I had seen on the news that this location had roaches at one point but that they improved well we wont know since I won’t ever call them again. I am sure we can find a better pizza than them! The rudeness of the«owner» is what pissed me off the most he couldn’t care less about his customers which makes me think its a lazy delivery guy not caring about his job. Hope they find better employees.

Love they’re pizzas! We order them every other week or so! They are tasty, big and a great price. I order like 2 or 3 large pizzas and it’s ready in 10 mins I just go pick it up! friendly people and tasty pizza. Anything better then that?

I totally agree with Rebekah’s comments in her review. This used to be a great pizza place when it was on Smoky Hill, but the new owners at this location have seriously dropped the ball. We gave this several tries, but after our last order(cost nearly tripled, but the quality declined!!), we will never use them again. So sad…

This makes me SO sad!!! Pudge Bros used to be my absolute FAVORITE pizza and pizza restaurant, but since about March of this year I can no longer say that! I have given it a generous chance to improve, but my past three orders have been completely wrong, the portions are seriously reduced, and the flavor just… no longer exists! The prices have gotten outrageous as well, and when a call is placed to complain, the female manager(or owner?) will not take any responsibility and does not attempt to make it right, no replacements or refunds are offered. Knowing this already from two previous issues, when I FINALLY got tonight’s extremely disappointing order, I decided not to even bother with another phone call, I’m just NEVER going to order from here again, and I would recommend you reconsider before you do. Heartbreaking end to a formerly wonderful and satisfying«relationship»… =(

I always do carry out here. Its quick, usually ready in 20 minutes and always so good! Its cheap, they have a lot of deals depending on the day of the week and the staff at this location are always so nice. I wouldn’t order online though, the toppings they show online aren’t a complete list of what they actually offer.

Ordered from this location 3 times, took 2 hours every time, the third time I called the store, I was told by the individual that answered to «wait», then a woman comes on, not sure if she was the manager, she didnt say, I told her I had to wait two hours for my order, her response«the online ordering doesnt always work», a customer calls about an order taking to long and her first response is to blame the customer for ordering online, if it doesnt work why is there a link on their website? Then I go to eat my food after waiting for two hours and the fries arent cooked so I cant eat those, the onion rings are so over fried I can’t chew them. The driver told me his shift started at 5pm, over an hour after I placed my order. I can understand if they’re understaffed, but at least call the customer and let them know. I doubt theres an issue with the online ordering system, I got a confirmation email right a way and there was a pending charge to my account pretty quick, funny how those two parts of the system work flawlessly.

Absolutely awful! I waited almost two hours for a very simple order to have them call me saying they are lost after I have clear directions and address after waiting another twenty minutes I tried calling back see if they were able to find the place and they kept ignoring my phone calls to then to learn I’m out of the delivery area. What a bunch of schmucks. Whoever was working the phone Saturday 8⁄30 between 800 – 10 should be fired seriously what a waste of time! !

AWFUL. From the first call to place my order, the fellow on the phone was rude, should’ve been a red flag. I ordered a chicken salad and crab cakes with fries and coleslaw(asked if I could sub the fries because I knew they wouldn’t make it fresh, «NO we don’t do substitutions»). Food arrives, fries and crab cakes soggy, coleslaw is awful, salad is very minimal with gross fatty chicken on ot. My dressing in a packet just laying on top. No fork. Crab cakes also look like they are out of a box, could be why they are soggy. Called to let them know what happened, rude again. Will NEVER order or recommend this place. I am in the hospitality induatry, the way they handled this situation is terriblw. They COULD have made a bad experience fine if they would have had better hospitality.

Since this incident I have received a call from the owner of the store and was able to talk about what had happened on Saturday. I really appreciate their efforts and I plan on returning very soon in the future for a second try. I have received a full refund and was told that the manager I had dealt with had been reprimanded several times before. I hope he learns something from this experience and uses it in wherever he can find work because he no longer has a job at Pudge Bros Pizza
