Pizza Hut

I love Pizza Hut, but this one gives nothing but problems. With the exception of the delivery driver being friendly, the woman who works lunch and makes the pizza’s is awful. Literally awful. I have paid for and asked for extra cheese twice, pizza isn’t hard to make and extra cheese shouldn’t be hard to grasp or give since I’m paying for it, the first time it was sub par no extra cheese but she argued she had put a little extra on, the second time I got my pizza and three slices were missing cheese entirely and the sauce was seen through the the entire pizza… when I called she credited my account but insisted to argue again! Saying she made it and knows she put extra cheese. I asked if she would like to see it… she said no I’m just going to credit you but I put extra cheese. Awful customer service, awful at following pizza directions, hire staff that will actually deliver what a customer orders.

Ordered pizza online for delivery. Got a call back, said they had to cancel our order because no drivers. Very confused. It was a Saturday night.
We said we’d come get the pizza as we wanted to try it.
Ordered the big box special. Got uncharged $ 6 because we wanted the specialty pizzas — garden and buffalo.
Felt like that lady from the Wendy’s commercial in the 80s except instead of saying «where’s the beef» we were saying «where’s the sauce?»
I think they sprinkled it but it wasn’t really sauce like a pizza should have.
The pasta was ok– sorta like a frozen dinner.
Should’ve just gone to the grocery store, bought a couple of frozen pizzas, and heated those up. Would have been better and cheaper.

How about you guys put more sauce on your pizza thats what pizza is!?(& cheese!) Dry frikin pizza!!! If you like pizza with no sauce this is your place!

Ordered a pizza online from this pizza hut and it was not only under cooked but it literally smelled of vomit. We ate one piece each and ended up throwing it away from the vomit smell. We both had diahria the next day. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I remember when I was in high school my parents would order and pay for a pizza then I would pick it up on my way home, not anymore. They now require you to pay in the restaurant and show your id OR you can get it delivered and pay the delivery fee. Whatever happened to convenience for the customer! All I know is this will be the last time I waste money at Pizza Hut!

It’s a pizza hut. Sometimes it seems they are busy and could use extra people. There have been times where I ring the bell with several other people yet no one comes to the front for 5 minutes. We usually pick other pizza places, but the price is right here. And, the dinner box is a good deal.

Killer wings with wing sauce get the originals (no breading or chicken nuggets) very good for pizza hut

Try the dinner box, when we did we had up to 3 toppings & there wasn’t an extra charge!

Very HORRIBLE pizza and even WORSE service. I wish someone would open up another pizza hut in the area. These people are penny pinching clowns. I’ve had two very bad experiences there and there wont be a third! Stay away from this place.

I had a had a friend that use to work here… what’s nice about this is location. Right next to many cool restaurants like Panera Bread, Chili’s, Buffalo Wild Wings it’s where the area is growing and close to 88. If you are staying at a hotel near by, this is the perfect place to call. They are not too busy because they don’t got a dining room. Plus, I have a friend who has been working there for 3 plus years as a driver and picking up calls and they have nice management. You can’t ever go wrong with Pizza!

I was the only customer in the building for the first 20 minutes of my meal and it was noon. You would think that with all the free time that the employees had they would give phenominal service. Nope! There were 4 pies under the lamps and they were luke warm and stuck together. It took a while for the server to realize that I was out of soda. But she finally woke from her slumber. I just kept piling the dishes on top of one another. When I left there was six people that had walked in and after the first few served themselves there was no pizza. Nice way to prepare for the lunch rush!

This Pizza Hut sucks! Every single time I call I get put on hold and after waiting too long I decide to hang up.
