Pizza Hut

The worst service I have had at a restaurant in years. Took way to long to be seated or for a service to come take our order. After an hour at the restaurant we were told that our pizza was lost. After it was found it was delivered warm and the breadsticks were over cooked and not cut. The server and manager refused to do anything more than take 20% off the bill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

This has been my favorite restaurant for several years! I love to come here with my family when we’re all in town. My very young brother enjoys looking at the fun décor on the walls that gives him a history lesson and something to keep him from sucking down a soda and filling his stomach; my parents love how friendly the waiters are (they put up with my older step-dad’s constant questioning and lame jokes), and I am a huge fan of the cheese stuffed crust! Another plus-​their delivery is always the highlight of my monthly girls night in, consistently on time and always delightful.

lol, for a late night fast food run, I dont think you could really go wrong. the cashier was friendly and the restuarant was clean and the pizza was good. Usually I am not a fan of pizza hut but this location got everything right from the taste of the dough to the sauce to the toppings and how it was cooked… good job. I pretty harsh when it comes to my pizza but you worked that night

Worst experience ever! Waited an hour before anyone even bothered to try to serve us. I had to go to the back to ask, only to find everyone milling around and talking. Once we ordered, our food was ready and waiting. We finally had the cook, get this, the cook serve us! To compensate for our inconvenience we were offered $ 20.00 off which actually only turned out to be about $ 14.95! Slick. Oh well perhaps I am being too harsh. A worker there explained that our long wait and lack of service was due to a big order coming in. So try to get there before a big order comes in, or YOU’RE NOT GOING TO LIKE THIS?!

Pizza Hut is so gross! However, this location is great for people watching, close to my work. and my coworker always pays because she knows I hate going there. That being said, it’s one of the few in the area that I’ve seen that still has the buffet. The St. Charles location is now carry-​out only.

Honestly the worst pizza money can buy. My BF and I were looking for a place to eat for lunch and something we both enjoyed. Since he is a pizza connoisseur and I loves me my spicy hot wings, we decided to stop in to «Pizza Hut /​Wing stop». Plus they were advertising all you can eat pizza buffet, so we thought «What the Hell» and give it a shot. As soon as we walked in, the first thing I noticed were the Buffet stand was empty, no pizzas, nyadda!!! We were informed the Pizza Buffet was only for dinner time. Fine I thought at least they have hot wings. As soon as we were seated I preceded to order the hot wings and my BF ordered the pizza. To my horror, they were out of Hot wings. I thought to myself its only lunch time; how could you be out of Hot Wings… what else could go wrong. Then I realized the whole place was empty but for two other tables.
We ended up ordering two different pizzas and an order of Bread sticks. I have to admit the bread sticks were pretty good, especially with a good serving of tomato sauce. So I thought maybe the pizza would be as good as the bread sticks. Boy was I wrong, my thin crust Hawaiian pizza was so thin, the pizza would fall apart whenever I picked up a slice. In fact, the pizza dough was undercooked and not crispy like you would expect a thin crust pizza to be. This was honestly one of the worst; if not THEEE WORST pizza I have every had. I only continued to eat as I was starving and wanted to get my moneys worth. I was not happy when I got the bill. I thought I paid too much for a pizza gone awry. I would have preferred to walk across the street to Mcdonald’s or Burger king.
