I’ve never had a problem finding what I needed here. Very good stock but higher than typical prices. Look for deals! Staff is ALWAYS asking what we need or are looking for. *Best tip-Try not to go during busy times if you need attention quickly. Just called kitchen and tile dept and asked them to hold tiles for me as they were running low in stock and needed them asap! An Associate named Raymond helped me out and was more than willing to do measurement over the phone for what I needed and happily offered to take it up front to hold it! A++

I went to this Home Depot to rent a drill because the bolt on my wife’s license plate was so tight it had to be drilled out I went to AutoZone they didn’t help that much so I went there with the anticipation to having to rent a grill not only did I did not have to rent the drill but the guys at Home Depot in the rental tool department help me with the license plate that is quality customer service that’s just not seen that often anymore I really do appreciate it and I hope that this review helps. Lost my business after trying to rent a penske truck yesterday to deliver about $ 600 of construction material from your store and to move some items. You have some very talented employees who provide great service, but it ceases to amaze me you have alot of employees who stand around and do nothing for the customer. 1 hour to check out a Penske truck and then having the current damages on the truck not documented on the paper work really makes me question some of your hires commitment to customer service. Thankfully we have 2 menards and a lowes nearby.

We’ve been dedicated customers to this store for many years. Given the flooring experience we’ve just had with them, that will most likely change. We’ve waited over 5 weeks at this point for our laminate flooring to be delivered and installed. While we understand that it takes time for product to arrive, what we find unacceptable is how the buck was passed every time we called for status. We were told product was in and we would get a call. we didn’t. When we called back, we were told they tried to call us at least 4 different times. they didn’t(I have phone records to prove it) and when we finally got product to the home, they didn’t bother to tell the scheduler/expediter so installation could be scheduled. We had to call the installers ourselves. Now we will wait another week to have installation done and our home sits in a state of mess since we had already moved things to accommodate delivery and installation. They definitely need a refresher course in customer service here as pass the buck seems to be the only thing they know how to do. Very disappointing all around. Would not recommend to anyone shopping for flooring.

LOVELOVELOVE this store! I bought my first home this past November and EVERY inch of it(even the bathrooms) was covered in wallpaper. Through ripping down paper, repainting, tearing out carpet, patching plaster and beyond, the people here have been able to point me in the right direction and have always had what I needed in stock. The service is extremely friendly and everyone I’ve dealt with has been willing to go the extra mile. Not always the cheapest place, but then again, when you«save big money» you usually have to exchange an item 3 times before you get one that works.
