I like chills better than Applebee’s but this location always seems«too busy or understaffed» for amount of guests. I ordered ribs and they tasted like cooked with barbacue sauce slapped on. Nothing special — had better at worst places hahaha. Service was slow and our drinks were always empty not that we drink like elephants but during our 45 min stay? Had only one refill with mehhhhh. So overall is Ok but not on weekends. I like 2 for $ 20 menu with bunch of different stuff.

Good cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, chili, chicken nuggets and kids meals with toys. Frosties are their signature. I have had frosties growing up and as an adult love it still … Clean restaurant chain.

Their food is Chili’s chain food. I’m assuming if you’re eating here, you already like it. We’ve eaten in several times and done to-go several as well. The food is always prepared as it should be. We’ve never received a wrong order, even with the special notes. They are quick and friendly. I don’t know why they get such bad reviews. We go in expecting Chili’s food and get friendly service and the right order.

Recently had a very nice lunch here with some girlfriends. We ordered chips with guac and the queso dip to start — the waitress was very nice to pile the chips as high as possible and of course we ate them all. We decided that«fried air» is what the chips taste like and they are delicious. 2 of the ladies ordered soup and were happy with it, the other 2 of us shared a pick 3 Spanish meal. A steak taco, Chicken Quesadillas and an Enchilada. All of them were good — nothing amazing but pretty much what I expect from Chilis food. The one thing that threw me off a little was that we paid at the iPad like device at our table. I understand it is efficient — but it seemed a little impersonal. We all commented that it was a little weird. Maybe we 30 year olds should just jump on the technology train and smile at the convenience. Over all it was a good experience but as I noted — nothing amazing

I had an «event» in the bar there. I planned this w/the GM several weeks prior, explaining that it would involve up to about 30 people who would drop in and out, I would pay for food, they were responsible for drinks, we just needed some space. I could go into superb detail about how BAD this turned out but it would take too long. Bottom line, the GM was rude, the first older bartender was rude… it seemed that 30 people coming into the bar and spending money didn’t matter as much as the approximately 8 people waiting for a table at the front door. I would never recommend having any kind of informal event there. They have NO idea how to accommodate and they have NO concept about«the customer is always right.»

Pretty good food. The dinner for two is your best bet. A lot to choose from. I really like how you pay there. Right at your table.

They not only have bad service but bad food too! Ordered a to-go meal only to have stomach cramps and ruined day. My spouse and I pretty much spent the day resting and trying to get the awful food out of our system. The chickens wings were not cooked properly and we ended up throwing it away. The other two dishes we had were equally bad if not worse. I would give this place a pass any day!

Bah. I showed up here at about 7:30PM. I was ignored by the waitstaff and hostess for about 10 minutes. No one here seems to give a damn. I walked out.

Apparently Chili’s customer service applies only during standard business hours. On two different occasions have contacted this Chili’s about an hour before closing and have gotten some attitude from the people answering the phone. Looks like the people who work do not enjoy«working» past 10pm. :/

The last two visits I’ve had at this location have been less than decent. The most recent however, we were seated right away by the hostess who was honestly the nicest person ever. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before our waitress came over to even say hi or take our drink order. I ordered a salad and soup and the other person with me order a burger which doesn’t long usually but we waited 45 minutes for our food to be brought out. It was an annoying experience that doesn’t exactly make me want to go back.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Chili’s. I went here with three friends on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. There were very few tables occupied yet we were here for over an hour and a half due to the terrible service. Our server was new and really should have been shadowing someone else because besides being unable to answer basic questions(i.e. what kind of salad dressing do you have), she apparently didn’t understand our order because she took it. left…then the manager returned about fifteen minutes later telling us that she was helping her ring in the food, and had some questions. As I mentioned before, it was not busy. so basically she had been trying to ring in food for fifteen minutes without asking for help? Not sure where this all fell apart but we were already starting to get concerned. When the food did finally arrive, two of the orders were incorrect. I had ordered a side salad and six shrimp, which came out correctly, but two of my friends had quesadillas that had the wrong sides. This was after the manager had clarified with them, so not only was it the server that was confused, but also the manager, apparently. I can’t even begin to remember every nuance of the terrible experience so I will just comment on Chili’s overall. You basically are screwed if you’re a vegetarian/pescatarian or really anyone that attempts to eat healthy. I wasn’t going to impose my dietary preferences on everyone else, but there is NOTHING healthy to eat here. Everything is loaded with sodium, or is astronomically high in fat/calories/carbs. I ordered the six shrimp and paid $ 7 for these tiny ass shrimp that were served in a cup that they put sides like beans in. What a joke. I definitely will not return to Chili’s by my own volition and probably will refuse an invitation as well, because to be quite frank, all of the food there is horrible for you, and not worth the splurge in my book.

Went Saturday night at 7. There were 10 of us. Told we would wait 30 – 35 minutes. Waited almost at hour. Told them we could split up. Had four 13 yr olds who would rather sit by themselves! Service at the table was very slow. Had to find someone to find our drinks after 20 minutes. 6 sodas, 3 margaritas and 1 beer. Had to ask for refills on soda. Order came out and two soups were missing. Even though he knew we were aggravated, didn’t seem that interested in keeping us happy. 18% was added to bill. This would have been a 15% tip for me.

An extremely ENJOYABLE and pleasant evening at one of my favorite eating establishments. The service was impeccable, the food was superb, and the manager came by and visited for a short period. Mostly enjoy my visits here, but this evening was by far the best in recent memory.

It’s a Chill’s and it’s a chain. There are others very similar, and there’s really nothing outstanding about it. There’s always a wait, whether it’s 10 minutes or 30 minutes. Once seated, the service is relatively fast. We always check in on foursquare and get chips and salsa. However, our chips the last time looked like they were from«the bottom of the bag». A couple large ones, but mostly just crumbs. Good thing they were free. But, our waitress was nice and service was quick. Though, for the food you get, it’s kind of expensive.

No exaggeration! Called 5 times in 15 minutes Saturday night 6:20 — 6:35 to place order to go, no one answering phone!!! Kinda annoying… place must be closed… oh well, we got take out dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings nearby, wanted ribs tonight, and Chilis ribs are usually good. Gonna miss this place.

I’ll admit, I’m not a real big fan of chain restaurants in general, but Aurora isn’t exactly overflowing with quality dining options(I’m relatively new here, so please enlighten me if I’m wrong). Regardless, the one«good» thing about these types of chain restaurants is that you’re supposed to get the same food/service/etc no matter which location you’re at. This location sucked. After waiting almost 30 min for our food, it was me and my 19 month old son, it finally came out. One of their specials was«Spicy Shrimp Tacos». I ordered than, along with some mac-n-cheese for the boy. I expect his mac-n-cheese to look like it came out of a box, but not my shrimp tacos. They were cold when I got them, the shells were hard like they’d obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I wanted to say something to the waitress, but she didn’t come to check on us the entire time we were there. So I ate them, because I was damn hungry. But the food and the service sucked, plain and simple. In all fairness, after I told the waitress what I thought of the meal she immediately got the manager, who without even asking comped my entire bill. Very nice try on the management’s part, but I didn’t go there to eat a free lousy meal. I went to pay for a descent meal, and what I got couldn’t have been farther from that.

Usually Chilis is fairly priced and the food is decent, but now they are charging $ 1 for entertainment fee on your bill. I’m guessing for the new gaming kiosks they have at each table. I have decided to boycott Chilis till they get that fee off. If they want to put kiosks at every table, by all means, but not on my dime.

I officially quit you, Chili’s. About once a year it’s convenient and I hope you’ve changed your ways, but you always disappoint. After waiting in the lobby for what seemed like 10 minutes with no hostess appearing, we finally called the restaurant and THEN the hostess appeared to answer the call and sat us without any comment about her inattentiveness. Both parties in my group ordered off the«Guiltless» menu. Both of us were very disappointed by the uninspired, lazy approach to calorie reduction at Chili’s: simply give you less despite charging more. We both received low quality tiny sirloins strewn with sinew and fat and about 6 florets of plain steamed broccoli. Mine was undercooked & had to go back, which you just know is going to happen when the waitress asks you to check them before she leaves. It’s the hallmark of a crappy steak restaurant, there’s no faith by anyone that your meal is cooked properly… Overall it was a $ 40 meal that was worth maybe $ 20. Everything about this place stinks of uninspired laziness. blech.

You know what? I hated Chili’s. I always have. But Ive kinda been sold on some of its more endearing qualities. Like the fact that its 2 minutes from the bf’s house. Or the fact that Chili’s To Go is effortless. Or the fact that I never ever ever pay for chips and salsa anymore. Ever. Thank you Foursquare for that delightful treat. I appreciate it more than you know. My waistline does not thank you… but we have a difference of opinion. So I’ve never actually dined in at this particular location… but here’s what I do know. The To Go staff ROCKS. Went for pick-up on St. Jude Day(Don’t even get me started on the awesomeness of St. Jude Day). Messed up the bf’s ribs(forgot to request Memphis Rub – oops!), When she showed me the food, I was like… hmmm that doesn’t look right. Oohhhh. Explained my err. She fixed it in a quick 7 minutes. Wonderful Girl. I always order the same thing. Margarita Chicken. It’s really really freaking delicious. The beans have flavor. The rice has flavor. The chicken is LOADED with flavor. Is good. Even better with salsa… and guacamole… and queso. I’m just saying… is gooood. 2 for $ 20 is also my friend.(free guac with your 2 entrees anyone?) Also, when you get guac and queso… you also get TWO bags of chips… and TWO containers of salsa! Thanks North Aurora Chili’s for making me a believer in, well, Chili’s.
