Buffalo Wild Wings

Horrible place to order take out, let alone eat in.
We ordered several different appetizers for the Bronco playoff game for pick up… right before the game.
We used a $ 50 gift card that was given to us as a gift.
When my husband brought the food home, it was the nastiest boxed up mess I have ever seen from a restaurant.
It looked like they scraped the food up off the floor and threw it in a box.
The boneless chicken wings were hard as a rock. We ordered several dipping sauces and received NO sauces at all.
I called and asked for the Manager. He proceeded to apologize over and over, but said there was nothing he could do, which the game started in 15 minutes and we had people coming over for the game. He asked me, what can I do for you? EXCUSE ME, He should of have been telling me what HE would do for me for such a mess of a take out meal.
I told him I wanted my money back. He asked how we paid, and I told him from a gift card. He asked for my name and address and said he would mail me a $ 50 gift card.
I still haven’t received the gift card… with that said, I can see why that location is a mess, because the manager can’t even follow up on a promise he made to an unhappy customer.
Bad food and a lying manager… WOW, what a great place to eat. NOT

Buffalo Wild Wings is usually one of my favorite restaurants but this location is terrible. The hostesses were so confused and unorganized. They actually sat a table and then asked them to come back out and wait again. There were several tables open yet many people waiting. Service was absolutely awful. All of our food came out cold. Take a longer drive to a different location and it still won’t take as long as eating here.

Some of the worst service i have ever had. I celebrate my birthday every year at buffalo wild wings but the employees were rude, my order was cold, and our server kept trying to push us to buy alcohol even though we just wanted water. It was horrible! Worst birthday dinner i’ve ever had. On top of it, our order was wrong. Terrible place.
(However, the store manager did give me some credit to come back and try again. I will change my review if it an improvement from last night.)

I like b dubs but this one is awful! Last time they brought us a $ 10 platter of veggies that came with watery ranch and stale pita and hummus. We just wanted veggies but they like to change orders. Service sucks here wings took over 20 minutes in a pretty empty dining room. Bartenders are a car salesman here it’s pretty pathetic. Want better service, wings, and prices? Do yourself a favor and cross the street and go to wingstop. You’re welcome

I don’t even know where to start with this place. There is a 20 minute wait despite half the restaurant being empty. 1 hour and 15 minute wait for our wings. Kids meals were dried out from sitting under the heat lamps. Was asked numerous times if we wanted another beer but never once brought refills for our drinks that came with free refills. Over a period of 30 minutes we were told our food was either about to be up or had just came up. Yet time after time our waitress went to the kitchen and came back empty handed. Why lie? Oh and the fact that she yelled «Jesus Christ!!» when a child at another table dropped something as she was walking by is just plain ridiculous. Get yourself together BWW.

We had not been back here since super bowl 2015, but am so glad we tried it again. The place is clean and organized, reasonably priced. However, last time we were here the wings were rather small. Today, I am happy to report they are appropriately sized. They sauced our wings appropriately as well and were delivered fresh and warm. Our server Keyara was great! Hubs and I drink TONS of iced tea, but she was on it and kept our drinks full. SO glad we came back. Food & service was great.

Very disrespectful and terrible customer service. Not worth the wait at all.

I’d like to title this post «this place is trash»
Ordered takeout Sunday 1÷3÷16 11:30 am via the online order option.
There’s no way they could have gotten my order wrong as it was clearly marked in the online order.
I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, something you would expect your 2 year old child to becapable of making.
Apparently no one in the kitchen is trained on proper wrap making nor able to follow instructions.
They forgot to put on blue cheese dressing as well as he tomatoes.
There was the absolute minimal amount of hot sauce on it to classify it as a buffalo wrap.
This place should never be frequented unless of course you’re into eating straight garbage.

Came in with a friend for some quick wings and saw that the place wasn’t even busy so we were like okay cool. We waited at the podium for 5 minutes confused like should we just seat ourselves or? Multiple waitresses walked by and looked at us like we were stupid or something and no one helped us so we just walked out.

Came in here with a friend and it wasn’t even busy. So we were just waiting at the podium (because I’m pretty sure that’s what you’re suppose to do) no one came up to us and asked to help and mind you 3 waitresses saw us. All I was thinking was «where is the host that’s supposed to be at this podium?» I didn’t think I was supposed to seat myself. 5 minutes passed and at that point I was irritated and I decided to get food elsewhere. If I want wings I’ll remember to go somewhere else!

Service was extremely slow with placing our order, checking in with us for refreshment refill and getting our check.
Food was good!

I took the family here for dinner tonight while my car was in for service across the street.
The used condom in our parking space was a great first impression. And was followed up by the overwhelming smell of urinal cakes and dirt feet inside the restaurant.
Food was decent at best.
Waitress we not hot. And we were there during Monday night football.
Think I’ll pass next time.

The wings are, as always, as good as the sauce you put on them, and I like a few of their sauces and rubs quite a bit. Everything else is just frozen and fried, which is hard to mess up. Even for fried, everything other than the wings is below average.
This particular location had a 15 – 20 minute wait, with a third of their tables empty during Saturday lunch shift. Our server was working tables all over the building and never stopped moving. Other servers and the manager were standing around, doing nothing.
It took almost ten minutes to get a sauce sample so our daughter could pick what she wanted. Our appetizer took nearly half an hour to arrive and only showed up after I tracked down our waitress and asked if they forgot about us. When it got to the table, it was the wrong food. She told us to keep what we had, and she would bring out the right order, comping both off our check. It took 15 minutes for the second appetizer to show up and she had to go back to the kitchen and assemble it herself.
The manager (s) at this restaurant responsible for staffing, training, and the kitchen staff should be ashamed. The only reason this review isn’t for one star is because our server was working so hard and she did the right thing by comping our app.
I really kinda wish I had gone just down the street to… well, anywhere else.

B-​dubs is a good place to eat, not outrageously expensive, you can count on consistency, and they have some new sauces every now and then, but the service is terrible. The hostess always rolls her eyes when we request a booth. Like other reviews, the server is attentive for about three minutes and then vanishes. This last time the server forgot to put in my wedges although it didn’t matter because I was getting full anyway.
Positives — The cheese curds are excellent, especially with the southwest ranch sauce they have. I ordered a small traditional with the «new» ghost pepper blazin sauce. I will have to say that the sauce was really good. I didn’t feel like it was as hot as the «old» sauce, but I could just have a higher tolerance. My lady friend got a buffalo chicken wrap which was pretty good.
B-​dubs, you could get four, or maybe five stars, if you worked on your people skills. Don’t even think about raising your price or we will have to go to the wing place across the street…

Was a bit hesitant after reading reviews but our waitress (Jamie) was on the spot and food was as expected.
I would come back for sure. All the game gadgets keeps the kids quiet !!

Eek! Methinks not.
I went here for boneless wing Thursday, and a happy hour beer. My service was great! Justin helped me, and didn’t skip a beat. For 6:30 on a Thursday evening this place was dead, but it was packed by the time I left (7:30).
All of the reviews that say «BDubs food takes FOREVER» are not joking. My snack sized boneless wings took 26 minutes to get to me from the time I ordered them, and then they were not that warm. At one point the couple sitting next to me were delivered the wrong food… It seems like Buffalo Wild Wings’ hot mess of a kitchen needs to pull themselves together.
Unfortunately, my fantastic waiter did not make up for the long hungry wait for the slow kitchen staff to muster up 8 wings in spicy garlic sauce. Maybe next time BDubs, maybe next time.

We all know the concept of BWW is good, but everywhere the services is crapy.
This one is no different from others, the hostess at this place a short blonde, rude, bad manner, does not greet clients just plain horrible.
Our waitress was helpful on the first 4 minutes, then forgot we had other food, our food came in segments. There were three of us, one other a burger, two of us order traditional and boneless wings ten each, we got 5 first, and it wasn’t until we mentioned it to the waitress we were missing wings we got the rest but cold.
So, I’m always fair on services because I know they’re busy, and they can’t always be perfect.
So, three stars as follows:
1 for food
2 for waitress who recover toward the end of our stay.

This is probably the worst service we’ve ever had here. We went yesterday on a Thursday where they have $ 0.65 boneless on special. Our order took forever and it seemed that our food was just warm, not hot. I have been here several times and have experienced them not tossing my food with enough sauce. We kept having to ask our server for things and at times, she got it wrong. For example, my son orders a pepsi and gets a sprite. When I asked for a pepsi for him, she didn’t even think that she brought the wrong drink. I doubt I will ever go back here.

Normally I’d wait until a Tuesday to get the deal off traditional wings but I just could not wait so on a Monday I ordered take-​out over the phone & paid a little under $ 25 for:
5 honey BBQ wings
5 salt & vinegar wings — dry rub
5 cherry chipotle seasonal flavor wings
5 desert heat wings — dry rub
(all traditional-​bone-​in wings)
+ cinnamon squares dessert with caramel sauce
The girl on the phone was helpful & friendly. The order was ready 15 minutes after I made the order & the girl made sure to open all 5 order boxes to show me that what I ordered was inside.
The cinnamon squares looked gross, dried and burnt @ first but OH MAN they are deceiving. They are DELICIOUS! It’s like soft, cloud-​like bread pudding squares grouped into one bigger square with cinnamon sugar on the outside. They’re divine w/​o the caramel (you have the option of choosing chocolate sauce rather than caramel as well). Seriously, they are SUPER yummy!!! I was really surprised because they were so dark & unappetizing looking.
You don’t think of coming to BW’s for dessert but I’d say the cinnamon squares are well worth it. I like it even more than churros & that’s saying a lot because churros are one of my favorite desserts.
As for the wings, salt & vinegar is always my go-​to flavor. Today was my 1^st time trying desert heat. It’s definitely spicy (especially if you eat more than 1 wing @ a time). The seasonal flavor + the honey BBQ flavor are really sweet/​saucy. Ranch is unnecessary for these flavorful wings but I was given 4 containers of it anyway. I didn’t even finish 1 container for all 20 wings. I guess some people just drink ranch!

Started off great. We were seated quickly, and our drink orders were taken right away. I was very impressed and was glad we chose this place for lunch.
TV screens fill the walls 360 degrees… all sports… I guess poker is a sport too these days so it was on one of the screens too.
After our waitress cheerfully took our orders, our «Guest Experience Captain“m came by our table and introduced himself. Very personable young man… he can even change the channels on one of the hundreds of TVs if you want… nice guy. He even let us sample some of the sauces and seasonings for the wings. All good. He never did come by to check on us again to see how our «Guest Experience» was though.
We ordered an appetizer… it came fairly quickly, but we weren’t given napkins or plates. They were just dropped down by one of the staff and they were gone before we could ask.
Our main order took quite a while. We ordered a large order of chicken wings. You can choose up two four different sauces in the same order, and they do an excellent job of marking what the flavors are. Again, no «basket, to put our wings in, and no napkins. We asked the woman who served us the wings if we could have some and she said our waitress should have given us some, but she got us some baskets and napkins right away.
The wings were very good and very filling. I ordered spicy wings, and I needed some more tea to cool my burning lips. No waitress or staff came by to check on us. No tea refill, even though I put my glass out to the outside of the table to show it was empty. After about fifteen minutes, our waitress came back and said she’d get me a refill. 15 minutes later, she came back asking if I needed a refill on me tea. Duh! She totally forgot about us. but we saw her chatting away with her co-​workers instead of doing her job… unless her job is talking to the staff and leaving the customers unattended. I even had to go get her so we could pay our bill, and she seemed really put off by it… even though all she was doing was laughing and talking with her co-​workers. Bad form.
I would sum it up as a good start with a very poor finish. Mostly show, not much go. So disappointed. If there would ever be a next time here, which there will not be, I would say, «Show me don’t tell me.»
FYI: If you have an hour or less for lunch, this is NOT the place for you. No way will you get your food in time… or if you do, you’ll have to wolf it down. It’s pretty slow. It wasn’t that busy when we were there. We were there after the lunch rush and it was slow… I could only imagine what it’s like when it’s busy.
This could have easily been at least a four star rating with even average service. The service is greatly lacking. There are tons of other choices of places to eat in that area. Go somewhere where your business is valued and your are treated accordingly.
