Against my better judgement, we ordered from them. They didn’t show up with the food and when I called they refused to deliver or refund the $ 50 I paid them. They also refused to give me the owners name or contact information then hung up on me. My husband called back and they hung up on him too. I’ve never had to file a better business claim on a restaurant but it looks like that’s our only option. Seriously, just avoid this place like the plague!!!

After waiting an hour and a half for our food, it finally showed. Our immediate response was «are you kidding me» The nachos we ordered were on par with movie theater nachos, stale chips with cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, and steak all placed in individual containers. Our chimichanga was saturated in Salsa. Generally those have some sort of chili sauce on them not Pace. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. The food is mediocre at best.

Ordered delivery from Mile High Pizza & Grill last night and will never be ordering from them again. I placed my order online through eat24 — was told it would take 45 minutes… hour and 15 minutes later. My order arrives missing something, that I had paid for at this point, I called Mile High they told me they didn’t know what I was talking about — I was looking at my receipt… Finally they were like ok our driver is on his way now with your missing food. One hour goes by, nothing. Two hours go by, I call back and tell them not to bother because I was going to bed. They were just like, «oh ok».
No apology. No offer to refund. My missing food never showed up. So essentially Mile High Pizza & Grill stole money from me. Just keep that in mind if you intend to offer your hard earned money to this establishment — they CLEARLY don’t give a rats behind about making their customers happy, or about the reputation they are establishing. What a waste of retail space.

This place has a large variety of menu items all kosher id try their burgers they use quality ground beef. Good to have a place close to home where i can get a good burger.

Ordered pizza from a large obvious hotel in the area. Spent $ 30 bucks. Waited an hour and a half for cold nasty pizza and wings. They never gave a reciept I needed for a business expense even though I asked for one. Gave up and ordered hotel room service. Made several calls for my receipt and never got it. Hope I don’t get fired for ordering here. Try anywhere else. It would have to be better. Good luck if you try this place. A zero rating from me. If you could give one on Unilocal

Decide to try this place out. called at 4:30 to place a order was told it would arrive in 45 minutes. .a hr later called to check on order and was told it was on the way. called a hour later and was told it was sitting at the restaurant waiting for pick up. Apparently the owner decided on his own that we were going to pick it up. tried to give you a chance and you did not even apologize or try and make amends. .will not be supporting this establishment again !

I got 2 cheeseburgers and fries, plus some chicken wings and a pepsi 2 liter. The burgers tasted homemade and the wings were perfect! (ask for condiments if you don’t have any at home though) The delivery guy even brought me a pack of smokes! I tipped him well, and I can tell you I will definitely be ordering from them from now on!

The food was seriously just average. It was certainly nothing memorable. The chicken gyro had no sauce and no seasoning. The Mexican combo was dry and sub par in flavor. My kid thought the cheeseburger was relatively decent. But then again he thinks most cheeseburgers are decent. We decided to try this on a whim. I am not sure we will be trying it again. It took an hour and a half to get delivered and we were assured it would be 45 – 60 minutes at the most.

Everything I have ordered from this restaurant has been fantastic! The chicken parmesan sub is a definite must try, the pizza is great. Honestly haven’t found anything better on eat24 or grubhub especially for the price. Try mile high if you haven’t already, disregard the other reviews and you won’t regret it.

This was an unfortunate time. We ordered through Eat24 for delivery. The order was wrong so I called and was treated poorly by the man who answered, and he hung up on me. Called Eat24 and was treated well, by a real person. When we finally received the corrected order, the food wasn’t good. Just ok doesn’t make me come back. I will never order from them again. Driver was nice, but blamed everything on the Eat24 service. No one showed any responsibility. If you don’t want to get orders online you don’t have to, but delivering the food is the restaurant’s part of the deal.
