So I been coming here for a couple of years and everytime I usually come I have a awesome time… but this time I felt that I was being watched constantly by I’m guessing the management which is one particular a older lady now I understand you have to have management in various to make sure no one has issues but it just felt like shadow at every moment you turn and it makes you uncomfortable… But other then that I had a epic time and wished there less eyes staring at u…

The place is okay at best. I was confused on the dive/​punk bar aspect, but felt like I was in more of a club as soon as I walked in. It was whatever cause the bartenders were nice and the MC for karaōke was hilarious. I wish they had a better beer selection (hell even PBR would of been awesome). Still, singing karaōke with a rambunctious/​funny crowd was a good time.

This place is a mess.
Why the hell would a HOST sing with you without asking. Its so disrespectful and at 2 dollars a song, criminal.
In response to the comment below:
1– im from NYC and the going rate is about $ 1 in most places. Now a days, most places will GIVE you a song for every drink you buy.
2– im sure the MC and DJ bring a lot of charm for customers. I, however, did not want their help. I did not ask for their help. I paid to sing for myself and if i wanted a duet, id make the DJ pay me a dollar back.

This place is so outdated, the sound system sounded terrible, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Not worth $ 5 cover charged during the weekends. They really need to do something about it.

I always make sure to stop here. on the weekends its $ 5 to get in which can be an annoying, $ 2 a song to sing, but they have aloooot of songs. The hostess is usually a riot. Theres only one private room. so when you sing. youre up for judgement. bathrooms are disgusting but at least they have private ones. Drinks are moderately priced – if you come during the week this is not a cover, but a one drink min.

I’m a fan. The family and I celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday here. My mom wanted to do something a bit more fun than a stuffy dinner and this place definitely met her expectations.
My dad booked the small private room and table along the wall for about 25 to 30 of our family and friends to come and celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday. The bartender was very nice and extremely helpful and the host was hilarious. Some of the other patrons were hilarious and made the night more interesting as well.
My only complaint is that the couches and carpet are very grungy. They really need a good cleaning. Overall the experience was great and we’ll be back.
