So I came in here after a long night, I couldn’t resist the smell of fresh baked cookies. I ordered just one and gave her the money. She gave me change, I asked her how much I had given her, because the change she had gave me I though she might have given me an extra dollar & I didn’t want HER to be short. Now I hope we’re on the same page — I simply asked«how much did I give you» a question that could of been answered, a $ 5 bill, $ 10 or $ 20. This girl starts FLIPPINGOUT. Leave this store now, leave leave leave. Yelling! I look at my friend and I’m like«what is going on?» Both me and my friend were so confused. She then yells I’m going to get security & runs out of the cookie store. I then ask her co-worker, «miss, can you just tell me what I gave her» & her co worker replies«I’m sorry, I don’t know what is going on right now» I mean even she looked shocked this girl was flipping out. She comes back with security, I tell them the situation. They seen I wasn’t drunk or causing any problems. I told them what had happened and based on her crazy outburst I must have gave her more then I had thought and she gave me less change. This is common I don’t carry a wallet when I go out, I just cash and my id so when I pull out the money I sometimes don’t look.(yes, I know this is horrible and I’ve lost a lot of money like this) So the security leave, because I bought a cookie if I wanna stand there and eat it I can! She’s still yelling and screaming and finally the rest of my friends come out of the club and we leave. I got pictures of the girl in hopes that some one, maybe management or the head of the human resources can handle this. I’m sure she might have rough nights working at that hour, but if you can’t handle it or even drunk people– just quit, or change your shift, because in customer service no one should act like that, especially to a paying costumer! 5 stars to the cookie though!

It’s 3 in the morning, leaving the casino floor and my nostrils are piqued by the faint smell of freshly baked cookies in the distance. I feel like a Bugs Bunny character that smells cookies in the distance and floats through the air to those cookies without touching the ground. How did I get inside Mrs. Fields? I love the M&M, chocolate chip, whoopee pie/cookie sandwich and cupcake cookies with frosting. They always have deals; buy half a dozen get one free, buy a dozen and get three free or buy three dozen and receive two shots of insulin. It’s a guilty pleasure that I only indulge while in AC but it’s a must visit for a late night freshly baked treat.

I’ve always thought Mrs. Field’s had decent cookies. Twice I snagged some free samples. They were good, but not great. But their prices are reasonable enough to make it worth it. We also came here one day for breakfast. The wait at Starbucks was too insane, so we opted for the nearby Mrs. Fields that had no line. The had a few breakfast sandwiches. They were very specific about the bread used. And, they would not allow you to interchange. These were not premade, so it made no sense. My buddy wanted a bagel and the bacon, but the bacon was on the egg and cheese sandwich with a biscuit, so he had to choose which was more important. Dumb logic if you ask me. The have one coffee flavor. You guessed it. Plan coffee. Not the least bit exciting. The sandwich and coffee were okay. Really, they are worth about half the cheap price you pay. Come here for the cookies, not the breakfast and coffee.
