Two stars for three reasons:(1) flies were flying around the uncovered veggies(fortunately, the meats were covered),(2) some of the veggies were soggy and/or not fresh,(3) there was only one employee. As my sandwich was being made, the employee occasionally had to swat away flies. As he queued up the sandwiches before placing veggies on them, he covered the meats of the sandwiches with a sheet of sandwich wrap paper so the flies wouldn’t touch our sandwiches. Since he was the only employee working, some of the veggies weren’t being replenished in a timely manner. This caused the containers to get bare with only soggy pieces remaining. Despite these deficiencies, the sandwiches were not terrible. The employee did a good job considering he was the only person working when I visited late on a Monday night. A significant line of people built up, so he prepared and checked out sandwiches in batches of three. This Subway is located inside the Howell Mill Wal-Mart, near the entrance/exit to the groceries section. It’s a narrow little store with limited seating. The windows face out into the parking lot entrance. One good thing about this Subway is it’s open until 11pm every night.
