It was my first time coming to this location tonight, but it was as great as any Arby’s locations I’ve been to. Plus is I can see their interior was remodeled unlike the interior décor of some other locations that are a bit more«classic» I’ve tried numerous sandwiches and am still not bored. My guilty pleasure… jalapeño poppers For fast food, this is they have the best poppers. Service was great! Thanks!

HORRIBLE. So five nights ago I went to this location & attempted to order food. My order came back wrong. Needless to say I wasn’t so happy. My friend called & got her name in the book for our 2 orders. That were both incorrect. The manager on duty said she put the name down & to just came back whenever. 5 days later here we are arguing with Evelyn Oliver about why we’re not in the book & how I’m NOT leaving & coming ALL the way back again just for food. She had a nasty disposition from jump. She came to the window with an attitude. When I told her that I had an Arby’s credit(as I was told before). She goes«I don’t know what you’re talking about». Then slammed the window after asking for a receipt. Once we found the receipt she says«its too greasy.» … Which was exactly the way they gave it to me. She tells me that I’ve got to take this up with the GM to correct the issue. Then out of nowhere hands me the order. My guess is she saw the name & realized her mistakes but I will never know. At the end of the day her service was still nasty & very rude. I walked in to make sure no one did anything to my order & caught her talking about me to an employee. I couldn’t hear her but she stopped talking asap. Never will spend here again. Ever.

If you haven’t been to this Arby’s since they renovated it, you should go! I don’t come in often, but I work across street and they recognize me every time. The staff is super friendly, and my food was ready in less than a minute. I didn’t even make it to the drink fountain before they called my name! The manager walks around and says hey and gives you coupons for next time. The new look for the restaurant is modern and very clean. Great service, food is good too. Got the Grand Turkey, super juicy and yummy. This is a great Arby’s!

I just tried Arby’s the end of last year and I love it. This is the only one I’ve been to and it’s always great service. The managers are awesome. It was recently renovated and is super nice now.

It’s fast food… nothing overwhelming but nothing underwhelming either. We usually get coupons sent to the house so we usually grab something on a lazy Sunday at a pretty good deal. The service in here has always been really polite as well.

Speaker wasn’t working well so I was asked to drive to the window to order. I was able to order and was given a free drink for my trouble. Any time I have an issue here they are quick to correct it and the customer service is excellent. Getting in and out of here when Howell Mill Road is busy can be a pain but other than that, this is a great Arby’s.

I was in a hurry for lunch today, and Arby’s was in my path. I had not been to the venue in a long time, so I thought I would give it a try. I was very disappointed in my food. I ordered the beef and cheddar combo. The sandwich used to be more amply filled and was very tasty. This one was small and not too warm. The bun was chewy and had no flavor. The roast beef was bland. I did not finish the sandwich. It was not bad enough to send back, nor good enough to continue eating. The curly fries are still good and the so was the ice tea. The service was prompt and courteous. The dining room was clean. I will avoid this venue/chain in the future.

Arby’s Howell Mill is my neighborhood Arby’s. The service at this location is excellent. The staff is usually friendly and orders are processed quickly, mainly because this location rarely gets busy. If I order to-go, I’m in and out of the store or drive-thru in less than 4 – 5 minutes tops. Yes, I’ve rung that bell at the doorway to let the staff know I appreciate their service(haha). I’ve always been a fan of the chain’s classic Roast Beef Sandwich. Those thin slices of beef are usually flavorful and tender and the sesame seed bun is soft. The sandwiches are a small and manageable size and I can usually gobble one down in about 8 bites. I have to add the sweet-and-tangy Arby’s Sauce and«Horsey» sauce to make the sandwich complete. Arby’s Sauce is basically BBQ sauce and the Horsey sauce is a much milder and creamier/processed version of horseradish sauce. The Arby’s Sauce also works great as a dipping sauce for the restaurant’s popular curly fries. They offer regular fries too, which I tried once. I don’t see why anyone would order those boring fries over the default curlies. This location turned me on to the Market Fresh deli-style sandwiches. My favorite is the Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon. Each Market Fresh sandwich is made to order. You get to see the employees slice the roast turkey and add each ingredient one-by-one. In this case, bacon, fresh tomato and lettuce, a slice of cheddar cheese, and peppercorn ranch dressing. The sandwiches are actually quite big and rather filling. They’re more expensive than Arby’s other sandwiches, but you’re getting a better quality sandwich.

Been a while since I’d been to an Arby’s and I was in the neighborhood, so thought I’d give this one a try. Generally impressed. Like the fact that they have another no-calorie beverage option besides diet soda, as the peach green tea they offer now is actually quite good. Decided to give their fish sandwich a try and it was as good as you could hope for in a $ 3 fish sandwich. Only thing that was disappointing was the curly fries. Don’t think they seasoned them and seemed stale for the middle of the lunch rush. Other than that, did the trick.

Fast food chains don’t need reviews. But this one? Most definitely. Good service at an Arby’s? Perhaps amazing service. They could’nt bring out our chicken tenders with our sandwhiches so for the wait, they upgraded our fries and doubled the order. Just for an extra 5 minute wait? Dang…

This isn’t my neighborhood Arby’s and it seems like I only come here by accident. Usually on my way to Walmart as I generally avoid Howell Mill Road as much as possible because of the traffic. It doesn’t help that whenever«I’m Thinkin’ Arby’s» it’s during the afternoon rush hour and I need to turn left out of their parking lot(as you can probably imagine that’s pretty much impossible). The drive-thru is pretty quick and I generally appreciate that. Sometimes I wish they’d take a little extra time to make fresh curly fries.
