We have always been loyal Einstein’s fans but even more so lately. It seems management has changed recently and it has resulted in better service. Food is good as ever. I’m a big fan of the vanilla hazelnut coffee

I stop here every morning before work and get breakfast their bagels are always fresh and the staff is very friendly. Their Florentine bagel is amazing toasted. Plus they open super early which is nice for us early birds.

Terrible service. Took about 30 minutes for them to make me a bagel with cream cheese.

Recommend checking your order before you leave the store. Tired of getting home and not getting what I asked for…

Good place to have breakfast. Come at lease 3 times a week. Service can be hit or miss at times but they open up at 5:00 am so the earlier you go the better the service. Love their sausage egg and cheese on asiago bagel. The food is always fresh and the bagels are good as well. Love the strawberry smear but they have all types. When I get the bagel it’s the honey whole wheat. Coffee is OK but it’s hard to compete with Caribou next door. Overall its a nice change from your traditional breakfast places. They even have treats for the dog.

Food is good when you get it… I have been waiting 30+ minutes to get a bagel. The staff has no idea what they are doing. The was a line of people waiting to get there money back.

Open on Thanksgiving! These ladies working today are so awesome. As busy as they are, they’re joking & handling everyone’s orders perfectly!

Very good bagels and coffee. But loud and chatty staff. I was put off by the staff calling out orders and them taking to each other. You don’t need to shout when your coworker is arms length away from you. god damn it

Stopped by to try out and pick up a quick lunch with a coupon I had received. I thoroughly enjoyed my Veg Out lunch sandwich with hummus and a side of fruit. Service was friendly and fast. Adding this place to the lunch rotation!

Great service! Every time I come on I’m greeted with a smile and kind words. The food is great too. Not just the bagels; the sandwiches and salads are great. Lots of healthy options.

This is another one of the Einstein Bros. bagelries that I frequent, though Hammond Drive remains my favorite. I went in today to try the new pumpkin walnut crunch bagel, which was good, and the pretzel bagel, which I hadn’t tried before, which I didn’t like that much. But if I stick with bagels I like, then this Einstein Bros. rates 4 stars for the usual good bagels and coffee, pleasant atmosphere, and convenient location. I can stop in amid other activities like running at Chastain Park, banking, dropping off dry cleaning, etc. Side note: I was scared of overdoing it, so I got regular cream cheese on the pumpkin walnut crunch bagel, but there is pumpkin cream cheese too. Maybe next time. On Hammond Drive.

They were good except I felt that they really rushed even though there wasn’t even a line. Everyone else there was nice except this older Latino lady. She was yelling at us thinking we couldn’t hear or something and I thought that was very rude.

Great place to get bagels on Roswell road. Thankfully they have a drive through! We’ve been here once or twice and have really enjoyed their quick service. I think their drive thru is faster than the one on Hammond :)

Einstein Brothers is a culinary plague in the Southeast and other areas where real bagels aren’t otherwise available. Einstein is to bagels what McD’s is to steakhouses, and they wouldn’t last very long in the NY Metro Area. Their product is a soft«savory doughnut» which is only baked, rather than boiled before baking. The result is bland, doughy(rather than chewy) and unappealing. Having vented my displeasure that such an abomination even exists, the reality is that in many areas this is what folks know to be a «bagel.» Their coffee is good.

Yes, it’s a chain, and yes, the food is the same here as every other EBB I’ve ever been to. But as Rebecca S mentioned, this is a really great EBB because of the employees. The service is efficient and friendly. And super fast. At other, I’ve got time to fill my coffee cup(half decaf, splash of hazelnut, and remainder skim milk), chug it down, and repeat the exercise before they can get my order covered. But here, I’ve usually only gotten 2 sips before mine is neatly packaged with extra napkins to go. All of that, and with a smile. Also mentioned by Rebecca S — coupons come in the mail every month. When those expire, it means you’re getting another circular the next week. They’ve got a drive through, but I usually go inside because there’s hardly any wait. #Yelp365 — 349⁄365

I don’t know about other Einstein Bros. Bagelries, but this one hit it out of the park this morning with two delicious lox and cream cheese everything bagels, with onions and capers and no tomatoes, for only $ 12. The lox was plentiful. The bagels were just right. The whole package added up to two fistfuls of salty, breath-stomping glee. Yum yum. I’m a fan!

The Review below was written and never published — it has been sitting here waiting — Today’s incident with Vivian the«worst counter person» I have ever encountered. Words cannot describe how horrible this place is in the area of customer service, organization, speed of service and filling orders correctly. I would not return if they gave me free coffee and bagels for life! It gets one star because you can’t write a review with less. The only rresaon I returned this am was because my daughter wanted a bagel — while I would do anything for my little girl — this place changes that to I will do «almost» anything. I’m not gonna lie, the fact that there was an Einstein’s Bagel within walking distance absolutely was a tick in the Pro column when I was apartment hunting. That being said, I’ve been in crappy Einstein’s before. This one is absolutely among the best I’ve been into. Not only is it clean, neat, and well set up, but I love the fact that every time I go in there they seem to remember me. I don’t know if they actually do or if they’re faking it, but I don’t care — there’s something about feeling like they know you that makes me smile. There’s a drive thru, which is nice, but its usually quicker to just go inside. The food is the same as any other Einstein’s — nothing special there — but its the store itself and the service I always get there that makes me feel like I’m cheating if I happen to go into any of the other Einstein’s in the area. Oh, and the coupons that keep coming in the junk mail coupon dealies are nice too. They’re doing something right — I used to automatically throw those away, but now I’m always looking for the new Einstein’s Flyer!
