Went in moments before closing Anthony and Elijah served us even though they were about to shut down. Anthony was friendly and this place is great. All I can say is thank you! Will be back and highly recommend this location!

If you are running late, you will definitely be late after coming here, but the five cheese bagels are worth my tardiness! I used to complain all the time that they were always out of five cheese bagels after 1:00PM but lately they have had more in stock and the manager personally told me to just call up twenty minutes before I arrive and they would make me a half dozen if they were out. That’s excellent customer service and I truly appreciate it.

For the busiest EB on Earth(literally) they do a pretty good job. If you are looking for quiet don’t come here between 8 and 3. Its a madhouse. But my food comes out quickly and accurately. Coffee area is well maintained. The manager runs a tight ship.

Good fresh bagels. Very slow drive thru. Most of the time you will not get what you order. Prices OK. Drive thru lady does not speak good English, hard to understand. Good selection. Good coffee. Parking is crowded.

Ordered a 5 cheese bagel and a pretzel bagel with cream cheese. The service was good and so were the bagels. I’m not a big fan of bagels at all, but these were good and I will be back when in the Atlanta area.

9⁄10 times I come here my order is wrong. Today we waited over ten minutes behind one car in the drive thru for their single order. The drive thru attendant assured us our order was right for two sandwiches and it was still completely wrong. Went inside to correct and it took another almost ten minutes. Manager was nice and apologetic but hands me the bag in a hurry with soaking wet hands after coming from the bathroom to help another person. Just over this location.

Poorly run. Lots of grinds in the coffee. Coffee not replaced often enough in the container.

This is my go to breakfast spot since college. I have always loved their bagels and they remind me of the bagels from NYC. With that being said this particular location has been horrible. I order a chocolate chip muffin with my bagel and one morning after I ordered and get to the window to pay they said they didn’t have it. So I was slightly annoyed but told myself to now ask before I order. So that has been the«new» routine. Well this morning I asked if they had the muffins and the lady told me yes, then when I get to the window she said they don’t have them and the lady just told her that. Like the communication is so poor. And then she continued to ask if I wanted my bagel. I mean what is the point of having an item on the menu but not having it to serve.

Worst service in Atlanta. They simply do not care for the food they give to the customer.

You should definitely go to this Einstein if you have a couple spare hours in your day. The food is the same great Einstein food you know and love but the service is consistently the slowest imaginable. I live across the street and avoid it at all costs but when I have guests in town, we make an outing of it since I know the ordeal will take up to an hour.

I love their bagel sandwiches. It’s a busy place but service is quick. I wish we had one where I live!

We had an absolutely terrible experience here. The customer service was so bad that I thought I was on a reality tv show. The actual food was so far below par that it bothers me to explain. I will never go back.

Wow. Just went in around 10:30 on a Saturday and waited 20 mins on my order. By the time I got it home(we live 7 mins away) it was cold — so much for toasted. This location needs either more staff or more efficient staff. Saw several people bring incorrect orders back and even more waiting as long as I did. Thumbs down for a place considered quick service…

Pretty good. I like the Southwest turkey sausage thintastic. The Eggwhite with mushroom, asparagus, and swiss, is pretty awesome too! Quick service. Friendly staff. This location is the best of the different locations I’ve been too.

They have the best customer service, freshest food, and friendliest staff. Parking is a bit tough; this location is very popular so the parking lot is always packed. The line for the drive thru is long too. . just proves this place has good food and is a fan favorite.

This location is definitely one of the better Einstein Bros, probably because it’s so close to so many offices in the Perimeter area — it’s adjacent to the Queen and King buildings. Service is really quick even if you walk in for your order. I think my bagel sandwich took no more than 3 minutes. I’m a little sad that they got rid of the Spicy Elmo wrap because I loved how spicy and cheesy it was. I’m still looking for my favorite item on the menu. As far as seats go, there’s plenty of seating. It’s a little crazy because it sounds/looks like there are multiple breakfast meetings going on at once and lots of people with their laptops working quietly or typing along for their meetings. Most of the tables/seats are clean with exception to the occasional mother who’s brought her toddler and consequently left a mess of sesame seeds(I honestly dont’ know how) and crumbs all over the place, but this place is much cleaner and bigger than it used to be. I’ll probably be back, but it’d be nice if there were some other breakfast place near this place besides bagels.

I love this particular location and have been coming here for years! Mostly because their customer service is seriously on point! My favorite breakfast sandwich is the ‘Bacon, Egg, and Spinach Panini’. I usually get it on a toasted garlic or onion bagel. My favorite lunch sandwich is the ‘Tasty Turkey’ which includes all kinds of veggies like cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. with hummus and cream cheese annnnnnd turkey of course! I’m not gonna lie that I have gotten an egg sandwich for dinner a number of times. There’s no time limit on a great sandwich of any kind! The coffee is also very good! I especially love the Vanilla flavored coffee. The green tea mixed with sweet tea is a pretty awesome concoction! You should try it! Overall it’s a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Check it out!

This place has an excellent selection of bagels and options, but the quality of the ingredients, mainly the eggs, sausage, and other add-ins is not on par with the selection. Seating is a crap-shot and it’s like a maze trying to grab a good seat. The overall vibe in the dining area is loud so good luck with reading or studying without headphones. Privacy is also a question since the tables and chairs are very close together. I had the Turkey sausage, cheddar and egg on an everything bagel. The turkey good in taste and so was the cheese, but the egg was a pre-cooked powder version that was not even remotely tasty — I actually had to remove it mid way through my meal since it was rubbery and missing any type of flavor. I would opt for the egg-white version next time assuming that it was fresher. Other than bagels and sandwiches, they have a front cooler with packaged yogurts, salads, fruit cups, and juices, but they are a little on the pricey side — my OJ was $ 2.79 for about 12 oz and my Greek yogurt parfait was $ 2.79 — interesting. Overall, the visit was normal, but I wouldn’t be excited to come back unless I was in a rush and on my way to work with no other options enroute to my job.
