I bought a jalapeño pretzel and a sweet almond pretzel. My jalapeño pretzel was EXTREMELY salty and the sweet almond one was very small. I have had the jalapeño pretzel before and it was never this salty; it was very unpleasant to eat. Also, the employee stuffing the bags with pretzels was not wearing gloves, which is a serious sanitary concern.

Service: I have been to this location a lot and each time I visit I am greeted with a smile and each employee provides excellent customer service. Quality & Taste: I have always been a fan of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels being from Chicago, they are pretty popular in the windy city, so of course I will continue to be a loyal customer where ever I go. Overall I highly recommend Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, If you have never tried them before I would recommend you try their original with a side of cheese, a pretzel dog, pretzel bites or the almond pretzel, all of those are my favorites! Thirsty? *Order one of their lemonade’s they are delicious!

I go here like almost(just almost) everytime I go to any mall but their cinnamon pretzel nuggets and the jumbo, with butter glazed on it. I advice anyone to try Auntie Anne’s.

Generally, I love Auntie Anne’s pretzels, but this location is subpar. Staff is usually friendly, but pretzels always seem dried out here, like they’ve been sitting too long. To avoid that last time, I requested a fresh original pretzel and waited(12 mins to roll/bake). The older woman(owner?) seemed annoyed that I wouldn’t take an old-looking one, but after several poor experiences I wasn’t risking another. When I left and opened the bag, I realized the pretzel was burned on the bottom. Blackened. It was also, somehow, very dry. Not in the mood to walk back and complain, I just ate around the burnt part and vowed not to return. .but I went back today, in a moment of weakness. Again pretzels looked dry, so I asked the cashier to re-dip an original in butter. And now I think I understand why they’re never very good here – because she barely-even-at-all-only-ever-so-slightly dipped the very tip of the pretzel face into the butter. It was still dry. For nearly $ 4, this shouldn’t happen. And if I was on some low-butter diet, I wouldn’t be at Auntie Anne’s eating a pretzel.

I have been here a few times. Not impressed by the staff. One time I was making an order and the lady was getting obviously annoyed by me. They have started some new rewards program and I was asking her to explain how it worked. She was doing so very poorly. The machine they use for this program is not working more often that it is which is rather frustrating. And later I found out that they were still using their old rewards program, but no one ever asked to see my card. Sheesh. I wanted a cinnamon pretzel but they were out and they said it would take about 15 minutes. Seems like they are not monitoring their supply to well. Anyway. They offer the bites to me, as well. So I explain, but aren’t those more expensive and you get less? The lady explains to me that you actually get more. Against my better judgement, I got ahead and get them. So not bigger than the pretzel. With a pretzel I get absolutely stuffed– I can hardly finish it. I ate the bites with ease. Very disappointing location. But the pretzels are good.
