My fiancé and I have ordered food from here a few times and so far I’ve gotta say — this place is pretty damn fantastic. Food we’ve ordered includes a chicken/cheese sandwich, chicken parm, house salad and pizza. The pizza isn’t bad — typical NYC style pizza, good but not much to write home about. THOSESANDWICHESTHOUGH!!! This is where the 4 stars come in. I’m really picky about chicken parm sandwiches when it’s not a place I’m too familiar with because sometimes I’m not crazy about the tomato/marinara sauce used. First time I got a sandwich here I opted for just crispy chicken with cheese and I tried my finance’s chicken parm and it was actually really fantastic. Great sauce, great cheese, really nicely prepared chicken on good Italian bread. Delivery has always been good with timing, packaged well — this place is great!

I can’t write a review on seamless so I had to come here. Got the pasta and the garlic bread. The bread was stale and the pasta inedible. Both my boyfriend and I took a few bites and decided to cut our losses and put it in the bin. But boy, did we pay for those few bites. We were physically sick. Grim. Definitely not ordering from here again.

They have a pretty good slice. Prices for their pies are very reasonable. What makes this place shine in my opinion is their non-pizza food. Eggplant involtini, anything parm, broccoli rabe, all very tasty. This is definitely our go to place for take-out/delivery when it comes to standard pizzeria Italian food.

My new favorite go-to for Italian in Queens! Baked ziti is amazing — add the chicken and it’s really hard to beat. We order them thru Seamless and the order is right or they make it right in a hurry. Best customer service.

I have come into this pizza place over a hundred times, I know this because my Foursquare/Swarm app told me so last week lol. I guess it’s time I give this place a proper review. First off, the staff here is great! I come in about 2 – 3 times a week and always get a specialty slice like the chicken marsala or penne vodka slice. On weekends, I usually order a pasta dish delivered via their own ChowNow app which actually takes 10% off original price every time! I don’t know why but the last couple of times I ordered, they forgot the soda twice! I do love these guys tho, so I’m not about to knock them on that… but I did call the pizza shop and had the same delivery guy come back with one shortly after my order was delivered. While everything here is great, I highly recommend the sausage parm(with bowties), baked ziti(with chicken)… the penne vodka or chicken marsala specialty slices will change your life for less than 4 bucks!

The pizza here is ok… not any different than the hundreds of pizzerias in NY. I came to give this place a shot as an effort to try to find a good slice in this area and I have to admit I was disappointed. The pizza itself did not have much flavor… the staff is friendly though and to give it some credit, it’s not the worse I’ve had.

Greasy low quality pizza. I haven’t eaten too much Queens pizza, but I get the feeling that there really isn’t too great of pizza in the Astoria area. I’ve had Rizzos’, Tufino’s and Artichoke… probably a few others… I’d say Tufino is right at the top for the Neapolitan style pizza. But a classic NY Slice… haven’t had a great one yet.

There may be better pizza in New York, but Dino’s has the quintessential corner pizzeria feel. Nothing fancy, the special slices you actually want to eat(pasta slices, white slices, grandma squares) and if you ever want to venture beyond the slice, it’s probably a pretty safe bet. Everyone behind the counter is always very nice as well.

I grew up going to this pizzeria! I used to come here after school and get a slice when it was $ 1.25! LoL it’s definitely been a while. I always loved their food. Never had any complaints. The staff is always awesome. Very friendly people, especially the owners. The prices are also very reasonable. I always see large groups of people sitting down inside and eating together– the place is very«comfortable» for that REAL Astoria type of setting. It’s one of the older places that still stands and is kind of a land mark in my eyes. I’m so sick of these new places opening up, over charging for crappy food, and having snotty staff members with their yuppie hipster type customers. It’s nice to know a place like this is still around to keep Astoria–«Astoria.» I’m pretty sure I have tried every single thing on their menu lol Unless it contains mushrooms– I don’t do mushrooms haha But I’m sure their mushroom dishes are very good as well. I’ve had every type of pizza from them too. I’m never disappointed with their food! I urge you to stop in here and grab a slice, or a dinner dish!

Amazing service and pizza! Staff, as well as delivery boys, are fast and friendly. Their Buffalo wings and bowties primavera are delicious. When I do come to the restaurant the waitresses are sweet and get there job done adequately. It is has a family vibe to it and the price is reasonable. Bottom line it is a great place to get pizza and Italian dishes.

Love this place, Kind of reminds me of ninja turtle pizza. Definitely a huge difference between local pizza joints back home in LA. One time I ordered double pepperoni on seamless but it came with the same amount of I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. Honest mistake, but hesitant to try again.

At first glance, you think it’s a great deal for the prices they charge and then you get your order, and you realize it’s a lot smaller portion than expected. The food is bland. Franchise food is not usually my top preference but after this experience, I’m actually missing the taste of Olive Garden! Also, a tip to the business… at least give your customers utensils or napkins at least in your delivery orders(I’m pretty sure you can afford it for the portions you give with those prices) So unless you fellow Unilocal-ers want to get ripped off, I suggest you go somewhere else. And since I have to give at least one star, the star can go to the friendly hardworking delivery guy.

Found a eye lash on one of my slices, I hope it’s mine. Burnt cold pizza and unpleasant ordering process. Vegetable slices have too much especially onions and didn’t accept my discover card. Unhappy, used to be the best a few years ago.

Thank God Dino’s is in Astoria. I’ve ordered from or eaten at least ten different pizza places within walking distance of of the Astoria Blvd stop and Dino’s consistently has the best pie. The crust is delicious and has the perfect consistency, chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. To me, this is the most important part of the pizza. The cheese, sauce, and toppings are good too and they aren’t stingy. I’d rather eat cold slices from Dino’s than a majority of the horrible pizzerias in the area.

I came here for a slice a few weeks ago and boy am I glad that I did. This place served me the best slice I’ve had in Astoria. Plus, the slice was enormous in size and in flavor! They charged me the same that any other pizzerias would and I definitely got more than any other pizzeria would offer. Dino’s gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the table was a little dirty and I was served the slice of wax paper instead of a plate. They are lucky that the pizza was so good because that could have downgraded them to 2 or 3 stars. I don’t always eat slices, but when I do, Dino’s is the place.

Was in the area and wanted a quick lunch. Service was quick. Food came out hot. That’s a plus! Ordered their pasta for me and my daughter. It was okay. The vodka sauce was bland. I’ve had tastier elsewhere. I’ll try them a second chance next time.

The variety of pizza toppings is enormous. Different toppings for different tastes, even pizza made for non diary friends. If you are looking for a different pizza experience Dino’s is the place for you. If you want a regular slice on the other hand, it may NOT be the best regular slice you will ever have.
