It’s Wendy’s … It’s quick, I’ve yet to come across a rude employee at this location, and the food is pretty good; I just wish the fries were fresh.

Stay away from this Wendy’s. Worst I’ve ever experienced. Fish patty was off — likely reheated. Fries? Not quite right. Probably the oil is past its prime. Management must be cutting corners to save costs.

Came for the 4 for $ 4 deal only to find out that this location is NOT participating. Come on Wendy’s! Wasn’t a total loss though cuz I found out they have siracha mayo sauce now which was delicious on my burger.

Service took a while but that was because a large swim team arrived right before us. To make up for wait, Sakeenah, brought us another order of fries and 2 chocolate frostys. The customer service was excellent.

This is such a lonely Wendy’s, on a lonely stretch of Lee Highway, in a lonely part of Arlington. It’s also a little tricky accessing it from the southbound lane, most likely increasing it’s lonely aspect.
But today I was lonely as well, so after more than a year or so of having a «thing» for that redhead who plays Wendy on the TV commercials (coming to a climax with that Asiago Ranch Chicken Club sandwich commercial where the sandwich is riding a motorcycle and Wendy is riding in a sidecar shouting «Asiaaahhgooooo!!») I knew it was time to act.
I was compelled by my love for TV Wendy and the hungry curiosity for asiago, bacon and ranch dressing on the Wendy’s chicken sandwich I already like, so I pulled in to the deserted parking lot on a hot Saturday afternoon (it seems deserted almost every day all day anyway).
The rest of my visit was pretty typical and average for any fast food chain drive through, and does not merit any details.
The sandwich: it was good, 3.5 stars. It’s fast food, c’mon. Remember, this is really about my love for Wendy. The fries were surprisingly not as cold/​stale as I worried they might be from a place with no other customers present. They were sorta hot and crispy and were more than acceptable.
The TV commercial rocked my world, the sandwich — not so much. Not bad though the ranch dressing gets on your hands easily.
I found out that the girl who plays Wendy isn’t a redhead, but has her hair dyed for the commercials. She’s actually blond. I saw a picture. I don’t love her anymore.

Like most people, I have very low expectations for Wendy’s, and my recent visit here did nothing to raise this threshold. The food and restaurant were cold. The hamburger meat tasted dry and flavorless. I typically have lunch here once or twice a month, and when I arrived today I remembered my feelings from my last visit of at least two weeks ago — COLD. Apparently, the management of this Wendy’s decided to cut corners my cutting off the heat. It was freezing in this place — both visits — two weeks ago and today. I overheard the cashier tell another customer (who obviously also felt the cold) that «the heat is off.» Because I don’t visit Wendy’s on a daily basis, I don’t know if this is an everyday thing or just my luck to be there when the heat is off (two consecutive visits, two weeks apart)

I agree with several other reviews that the service at this Wendy’s is slow, but I give it three stars because the food is generally very good for fast food. They only have one register operating so that makes everything slow. Yet I’ve found that if you smile and thank the folks operating the register they become more attentive and friendly. Some fast food places have staff that don’t respond positively at all. My favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken, and I always use the «free frosty» key chain to get a small but tasty dessert to finish off the meal. There are always plenty of places to sit, and they keep the restaurant clean. That merits 3 stars in my opinion.

I was very surprised tonight 3÷21÷14 when I ordered a couple double stacks that were made with old hard edged cheese. Absolutely unacceptable, those two burgers costs about 8 dollars together, and on top of that I asked for a coke, only to get to my workplace and find out it’s a diet coke. They were even ready to charge me twice, because they had two different women working the same window. Mishu was one of them I think… not sure. Anyways this is definitely the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. The cheese on the burger was so hard I had to rip the edges of cheese off. SMGDH. I suggest the that anyone thinking about getting a fast bite to eat go to the McDonalds next door to them, or taco bell across the street, because this place is not Wendy’s.

Service is awful. Drive through takes at least 10 mins even without much of a line and they frequently still need you to pull over and bring you your order after paying.
The quality of the food is fine but half the time they get the order wrong. We go about once a week for my son to get a cheese burger combo meal and nothing else… and they still can’t get it correct.
I’ve always liked Wendy’s but it’s very disappointing that they can’t get the service right.

Another mistake. I’ve had bad experiences before. First the small chili was only ²⁄₃ full. Second the price for my combo in the. Wall was7.29 but I was charged 7.59. I asked for plain old tap water. They didn’t understand. Why do I come back here?. Because it’s the only Wendy’s around. It needs new ownership.

For a Wendy’s, I give this 4 stars. Service is really good at this location and I was pleased with the portabella bacon burger!

Don’t order spicy nuggets unless you want to wait 4.5min because that’s how long it takes to cook them. I called in my order so I didn’t have to wait. They didn’t believe I was serious. Long story short my roommate and I waited 4.5 min.

Hard working counter employees that are not very friendly. They need to focus some of that hard work on the dining area as most all the tables were real dirty. The food was your typical Wendy’s quality. I am a huge fan of their Apple Pecan Chicken Salads!

This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s I have been to. Went through the drive-​thru, ordered a single with cheese. Bread cold, burger was so cold the cheese didn’t even begin to melt. Fries were the worst. Maybe I should have read the reviews before ordering. Shut this place down, Dave would not be happy.

All 3 times I’ve been here the drive-​through has been fast, friendly and the food has been as expected: DELICIOUS!
Pro tip: you can’t go wrong with their spicy chicken sandwich meal, substitute the soda for a frosty. I’m still amazed when I meet people who don’t realize you can substitute the soda for a frosty.

Went by this Wendy’s real fast today b/​c I needed lunch in a hurry and to me it’s usually reliably good fast food. I almost always order the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, value fries & value diet coke. Usually that’s the perfect order. While the people here were plenty friendly and fast, the fries were disappointing. Since Wendy’s have rolled out there new fries, they’ve been a highlight – some of the best ff fries in my opinion. These had no salt and were pretty tasteless so I was pretty disappointed – first time recently a Wendy’s has let me down. Burger was good though.

The only problem with this Wendy’s is that it’s kinda slow. The food is great though. At other fast food places my food looks like junk that got regurgitated. But here, the food looks like the food from the commercials.

Worst wendy’s period! I absolutely love Wendy’s food and I live very close but I if i’m hungry and tired, I quickly erase the thought from my mind. This is the last place I want to eat at. This place has consistently the worst burgers, drinks, you name it.
One out of two chances through the drive-​thru I get told to pull up and wait a few minutes. The other chance I end up waiting for fifteen minutes! Consistently!

Slow service.
Ghetto yelling outside.
Unfilled ketchup dispensers.
Sandwich fell apart.
Fries ran out, which should never happen at a fast food place.
