Unpleasant and unprofessional customer service reps, going to this store is a waste of time. I had some simple questions to ask when the phone I purchased from this store stopped working three weeks later, and the staff could not have been ruder. I was told one thing by one rep, and something completely different by another in a span of 10 minutes; staff acted openly annoyed about having to answer my questions or even converse; I was asked to wait when the store was empty; basically the staff lacked basic manners. I would recommend going to another location or calling T Mobile over going to this store.
