Quick, clean, organized and efficient!
I’m a bit on the fence about this Victoria’s Secret. There’s a high turnover rate of employees. Duh, it’s mall. The clerk here are usually chill without being too pushy. Occasionally you’ll get an assistant who is really on her game. The others can be kind of aloof found folding a never ending pile of undies.
The store is clean and organized. I like the store because it’s organized. It doesn’t look like your apartment you shared with four other girls back in college. To me they seem to have better deals going on in other locations. Or maybe I’m just lucky like that.
If you’re coming here for products. The store has them. Products are organized and easy to find. You’ll have your basic; lotions shower gels, body sprays, perfume, lip gloss and the PINK Line of products.
The store has is small selection of loungewear along with bras and undies. If you’re curvy girl you may want to seek elsewhere. As undies stop at a size L and bra’s usually aren’t above a DD. You may get lucky and find and item that was a return. If your member of the «itty bitty committee», this location has plenty of cute options for you. :)
The styles go from simple basics to a little bit of haute couture. Yes, those blinged out rhinestones. Yes, I’m talking about those annoying nonpractical undies with the lace and rhinestones that poke through your tee shirts and leggings. For the practical gal you can always find your go to plain white, boy shorts and bikini.
9 out of 10 when I find something here I have to ask the sales assistant to order it. Their free shipping I store ordering option is awesome!
I would really like to write the store a 4 or 4.5. Mostly because I’ve learned more at this Victoria Secret’s location than any other one. Simply because the sales associates have more time to make a connection with the customer.

The mall itself is awful, but this is a good VS location. It’s small, but always organized. The staff are friendly, but not in the overbearing way that other VS locations are. It’s usually not a busy location, probably because no one has a reason to come to Ballston outside of lunch time.
Since you have to pay to park, I only come to this location if I have a coupon or know for certain there’s something I plan to purchase, otherwise I waste $ 1.

I love this VS location. It’s clean, huge, and usually fairly empty, so you receive great service. Staff has been friendly and helpful. They’ve never been out of stock of anything that I’ve needed. Standard VS offerings, but you don’t needed to worry about them selling out of items. I love VS anyway but I’ll definitely be here often (it’s across from work!).
