Disappointing merchant. I was offered a $ 50 gift card to pre-order an iPhone 5 for $ 50. When I was ready to go back to pick up my phone by paying the rest $ 150AND using the gift card on some accessories, I was told that 1) the gift card value had to be used toward the phone purchase, 2) I had to pay the remaining $ 150 still, because 3) the $ 50 paid was just for the pre-order. Think about it using your own judgment. I didn’t end up buying the iPhone 5 there. They were kind enough to refund me, though.

Needed some lithium batteries, showed the guy behind the counter what I needed, he found them, paid, transaction completed, in and out of the store in less then 60 seconds. Can’t complain at all. Gave me more time to spend at the Asian brothel next door.

AVOIDAVOIDAVOID! This location is horrible, lacks customer service, inadequate staffing, and is just plain horrible… Since reviewing I have tried my best to not be mean; however, this location will receive my second one star. So yesterday I had emergency at work and needed a GPSASAP… I ran over to the store and when I got in a was number 6 in line with only two employees there. The woman there could hardly speak English and took an individual who spoke Spanish behind me completely overlooking me(by this point I was standing in line for ten minutes)… After seeing that it was a return she returned him to line and continued to help a guest set up his phone. Her coworker came up and again skipped me and responded to the Spanish gentleman with a «hola como esta?»… At this point I am highly upset because I feel like it is special treatment(at this point in line for 15⁄20 minutes). So after helping the guest the woman takes me next. I go up and tell her the specif device I want(there are about 4 people behind me waiting to check out). Another woman walks up and the woman helping me proceeds to stop what she is doing and have a conversation in Spanish with a woman looking for a DS(I speak Spanish and so in no way are these references racist or trying to hate). So at this point I have been waiting for 30 minutes so I had to call the woman out her poor customer service. She proceeds VERY slowly to go get my GPS which I had to tell her to get the molasses out of her A*&… When I finally get the GPS at the counter she proceeds to spend another 5 minutes to sell additional products and services to me(again her customer service and English is very poor)… I would def steer clear of this store EVENIFYOUNEED Something ASAP I recommend trying another store in the mall before attempting to come here. I will never return to this store… I def. feel like I was treated less important and I’d rather give my business to someone who can speak English, have knowledge of the product, and respect me…

I stopped by to grab a set of banana plugs since it is close to my office. It’s pretty small, but I’m no expert on Radio Shacks so they may all be this way. I’d suggest looking up an item on the website and assuring they’ll have it at this location before coming by expecting it to be here. Outside of the convenience, this wouldn’t have been my first choice to pick up anything electronics related.
