I ordered the Spicy Sriracha Pizza, which I’ve had before-but this time without the cheese. I can’t handle spicy at all, but the first two times I’ve had it, I’ve been able to bear it. This time, the pizza was so spicy, I can’t even finish it. It’s sitting in my fridge as we speak. I was still dying even after I rinsed it off with water. With that being said, this low review isn’t for the spice level because that’s more of a personal problem than anything but rather for the lack of toppings on my pizza. I ordered a pineapple, cherry pepper, and spinach pizza, but there were barely any pineapple or cherry pepper on my pizza. The pizza deceivingly looks full because of the spinach, which has a larger service area than the former two. I expected a plethora of vegetables, but I received a numbing mouthful of spiciness instead. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to Pizza Hut anytime soon.

I like this Pizza Hut. They always have my order ready when its carry-out. I’ve only used their delivery service once, and it took a while so never used it again. The prices are very reasonable and there’s always some deal going on through the website. I agree with the previous review, that the inside is pretty old and could use some work, but usually clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Getting out from the parking lot can be a pain, especially around rush hour. Overall, not bad at all for carry-out service.

Their large pizzas have consistently been such a great value for money, and the staff have also been fine. The shop looks older inside, but we don’t come here for awesome fine dining. Great to have this shop in the new neighbourhood. I hope they stay open for a long time.

What a racist business in the market. I was doing laundry at the dry cleaners and the store manager banned me because I was Latino.

I have ordered from here occasionally — 9⁄27 is the last time I will ever order from this chain. Pizza arrived 35 minutes past estimate of one hour. Pizza was cold and greasy — we were confident that a frozen pizza would have been hotter and tastier. Left off part of the order and were unwilling to refund the differential. Would not recommend. Stick to dominos.

I ordered pizza here from a whim, and boy do I REGRETIT. Sauce was flavorless, cheese was not properly cooked, never again!

Wow! I didn’t know you could do pizza delivery wrong but apparently you can. We just moved to the area and my fiancé feels some kind of intense loyalty towards Pizza Hut. He was going to order some pasta and breadsticks for a late-night dinner and for leftovers to bring to work for lunch the next day. 1. The customer service was terrible. They did not bring us the breadsticks and we called about them and we were not given an apology by the manager on the phone or by the person who later delivered the breadsticks. Sure, I understand it’s a hassle and that mistakes happen, but great customer service is what keeps customers coming back. A simple apology would have remedied the situation. 2. When Pizza Hut first came out with pasta for delivery about 4 years ago, the pasta casseroles were HUGE. We ordered pasta last night thinking we’d have plenty of leftovers. It was TINY. Very disappointed. It looks like we’ll have to find a new pizza delivery place in the area. I am so disappointed that my fiancé was treated so terribly when he has been so loyal to Pizza Hut.

My friend BKo searched far and wide to find one of the last free standing Pizza Hut restaurants, complete with their signature roof top. Feeling nostalgic, he planned his 26th birthday here, complete with Spiderman paper plates and goody bags for all. Our group walked in, excited for some personal pan action but somehow between the 1990’s and 2012, Pizza Hut has lost its glamor. The menu was still essentially the same, and they still had those giant blue plastic tumblers to hold copious amounts of soda but without a Book It pin, it hardly seemed like a celebration place. The service was slow. The servers didn’t seem to comprehend what it was like to have actual, living breathing customers in their restaurant. The food was like what I remembered(delicious!) but it was definitely more suited for take out, a cold beer, and an episode of Breaking Bad. Now the real question is… Has Pizza Hut changed or have I?

horrible service. The delivery guy called to say he’s here and demanded I come down to the lobby of my apartment to pick up the pizza and then he didn’t even have change for a $ 20! What a joke.

We ordered from the Wilson Blvd(near Ballston area). It was so aweful, the dogs wouldnt even eat it. We threw it out. The meat was hard, the crust tasted like a cracker and there was no sauce. NEVERAGAIN!

For once, you can judge a place by its cover. The place is freakin’ boarded up on the side by smelly 4-mile run. On the inside, though, it looks just like a typical 1980s pizza hut. We might as well have ordered back in the 80s because it took so long. All right, it took about 30 minutes. Not surprising, something was wrong. We asked for extra sauce but got basically none. Then we saw our crust was still soft on the bottom. we were starving after waiting so long, but asked for it to go back in the oven. It came out better, but after sending food back, it never tastes as good. The waitress was nice and the manager gave us credit, but this place is beyond slow.

We ordered delivery online. Our pizza was estimated to arrive in one hour. 90 minutes later we got our pizza and it was cold. No explanation from our delivery person or the store when we called them. Add another hour onto your order for incorrect estimated time and having to reheat your own pizza.

I don’t remember the last time I went to a Pizza Hut. Needless to say, it’s been a loooooooooooooong time. Came here because I saw the TV commercial about their Big Eat Tiny Price menu… which starts at $ 5. Upon arriving I was surprised how busy this place was for the Monday lunch time. I sat down and immediately tell the waitress I’d like to order the one-topping(pepperoni) personal Panormous pizza. 20 minutes later, I had to ask for a cup of water. 30 minutes later, I get my pizza 31 minutes later, I realize my pizza is pepperoni-less Instead of complaining and asking for some pepperoni and waiting another 30 minutes for a small pizza, I decided the cheese pizza was good enough. 45 minutes later, I head up to the counter to pay. As I looked at the bill, I see a soda was charged for my water. She adjusted the bill. I paid and left only a 55 cent tip for a $ 5 item. — Food was missing toppings — Service was essentially non-existant — Loooooooong wait — Incorrect bill I suppose it could get a lot worse, but I’m pretty sure I won’t be coming back here.
