Panera Bread

They really need to improve the drive thru service… Our Oder is always incorrect whenever I leave. The reason I put 3 stars is because they do fix it right away whenever I go in to get what I actually ordered and gave us a meal coupon. However, they need to get the order correct the first time especially when you go through the drive thru.

The place is in a decline. The tables are frequently grubby. The bathrooms are often nasty. The condiment /​soda area needs more attention and there’s usually at least one coffee that’s empty. The employees frequently talk and curse so customers in the dining room can hear them. Makes me want them not to touch my food. One male manager looks clueless and completely disinterested in everyone around him. The other male manager needs to button his shirt. It’s a restaurant, not a night club.

Terrible service! Both times I’ve gone here I’ve waited at least 15 – 20 minutes to get my food. The last time I was here people were asking for a refund because they had been waiting 30 minutes and were told it would be another 15 minutes for their food. I will never go back to this location.

Average panders with friendly employees. The food is always up to par and you really can’t complain. I had the Mac n cheese and it was very good and it’s pretty clean.

Terrible, my boyfriend and I just walk in and we are standing there with no one helping or acknowledging us, the manager who was up front never looked up at us until 10 minutes later I asked her if there is someone that can help us. She was rude and rolled her eyes a little bit and said she’s the manager and slowly walked over to the register and rudely asked us what we want … We didn’t feel comfortable there so we went to another panera location that was much more pleasant ! Every one looked like they hated being there and I don’t like the atmosphere. Go to another location unless you want to feel like they don’t care about you or your food.

I stopped coming here for awhile because employees don’t check the coffee containers in the store and they run out. Stopped in today for the first time in a long time and guess what. They were out of coffee again. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to refill the coffee containers. This should never happen. Their method of knowing when to make more is when a customer tells them they are out.

I’m in here all the time and every employee has been so kind and helpful, from the manager to the gentlemen making the food. This is one of my favorite locations. Great customer service seems like a difficult thing to find these days, but this group does it right.

This is my «go to» business and personal meeting spot. The staff is über friendly and the standard Panera menu offers me a good selection of vegan choices.
Their coffee is superb, even black, so what else could one want?

All Panera’s are basically the same… what stands out is the service. The employees at this branch were extremely friendly and ran a tight ship. If there were multiple people in line, they immediately opened another register. They also asked if I would like refills on my Tea. They also kept the bakery section well stocked even in the evening.
Overall, food at all Panera’s is similar, but this location has some excellent employees that do a good job taking care of the customers.

They didn’t have baggets. How do you not have bread. It’s Panera BREAD. All that was offered was a slice a bread. Rip off.

very disappointing. I ordered ½ a flatbread sandwich with soup. The flatbread was folded in an awkward ½, not cut ! barely any cranberry sauce at all, and not much turkey. It completely fell apart when I ate it. It looked slapped together, and was very mediocre in flavor. Big waste of $. Also, I stood by the pick-​up line for 10 minutes and they never called my name, so I approached the counter and it had been sitting there the whole time ! So, our food was cold as well. Never going back.

New management took over and got rid of their caterer. The service along with pricing are not the same. I will now go out of my way to go to another Panera.

Will not go back to this location ever. Both the manager and district manager were deceptive with me and mocked my complaint. The problem is their water taste like toilet water. First the manager lied and said that they get their water from a company that provides filtered water
I told him they are getting scammed then became the water tastes awful. He then told me I should spend more money to buy bottled water. Not after spending $ 9 on lunch! ! Then I call corporate and they say the district manager will call me. When he finally calls many days later he pretty much mocks me, saying that the water is no worse than anywhere in Algonquin. What a lie. I’ve lived here 27 years and my water tastes great. He also didn’t give a crap about the manager lying about the water being bought. They apparently want you to spend 2 – 4 bucks on a drink and don’t really care about the water quality. Nor do they care about my business. They offered no solution, change or apology. The quality of the food has gone way down as well and portions smaller and prices higher. The rewards program is a joke. $ 1 off drink is all I get every time. At least other places give you free stuff after you visit a certain amount of times.

Stopped in after a long walk for one of their power breakfast sandwiches which are always fresh, hot, low in calories but still delicious.
Panera’s salads are always great as well and they are made fresh so you can ask them to hold things you don’t want or add extra of the things you do want.
It’s always clean and the food is always fresh. Great for a quick breakfast or lunch.

Great large location with plenty of outlets and reasonable internet speed. I like to have the three cheese soufflé for breakfast. Service was very quick and courteous. Plenty of parking in the lot outside.

Best Panera I’ve ever been too
I always have a wonderful experience at this Panera Bread. I go there at least once a week, and everything is always excellent. I love to eat in the dining room because it is always clean, and everyone is so friendly. I also get food to go a lot, and it is always correct and packaged perfectly. I would recommend that anyone looking for great food and a great experience, should frequent this Panera.

Burnt bread, small portions and unmelted cheese on a grilled cheese! Really?
My dental office has ordered from here a few times, over priced but the office paid for it so I overlooked it… They always forget something a sandwich, extra condiments or a soup… Very disappointed

I love Panera, always have, but this particular location is phenomenal! I often visit this site with my coworkers and we are always greeted with open arms… literally. There is a gentlemen who works here, Frank, and he loves us! Every time we walk in, we receive free goodies, treats of all sorts, brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, anything we want! I usually order the Thai chopped chicken salad, which is fantastic each and every time. For those of you who don’t have the Panera Perks card, you should. It’s really worth it, the other day I went in and had a free sandwich on mine, nice little surprise for a dreary Wednesday! I will definitely be back to visit Frank soon! :)

Panera is great. Went with a friend today and had the roast beef sandwich with a bowl of French onion soup. The sandwich was great, crispy bread and it had a spicy horseradish sauce to accompany it. The french onion soup was served hot, which many times, soup is served warm. It had a strong onion taste, but still made the broth stand out. Topped off with asiago cheese, it was money. Panera is always a great meal guaranteed.

As a sales rep I spend a lot of time at various Panera Bread locations. Between utilizing the internet to get some work done or picking up lunches for clients, I know my way around every Panera in the tri-​state area. And I gotta say– this location is the best I’ve dealt with. I always have a good experience here. They always take care of my and my customers, they are prompt and courteous and have even made follow up phone calls to me to ensure I was satisfied with my experience.
I also have to give a shout out to Frank. He is awesome. He helps out around the café and offers up free samples of baked goods. He always takes the time to ask how your day is going, if he can get you anything, etc. He makes this Panera a truely unique experience and is a bright spot in my busy workday!
