When your websites says that you open at a specific time… You should open at that time. I am sure their food quality is as reliable as the punctuality of the staff and accuracy of the website upkeep!

I love a good sandwich, if it’s the last food on earth, I’l be fine. I also like to spread my wings and try different sandwiches. Jersey Mike makes a pretty awesome sandwich, just ask they go easy on the«mike’s way» — too much oil can make it soggy.

At first I really liked ordering my usual #7 here. They greeted you and explained what’s included in each of their sandwiches. First time I got real annoyed was when I was waiting in line to order, I was next up. The employees completely ignored me and helped someone else that came after me. I stopped going because they didn’t acknowledge me what so ever. Then again today it happend to me again. I had it. If you see a customer in line waiting ms waiting that means that the customer would like to order. Customer service and greeting customers to keep check on who is being helped next is something these young guys need to work on. I will no longer order from this location again.

I must say– I like Jersey Mike’s and I like this branch of Jersey Mike’s. The food is always good and this branch is nice and clean. For fast food it stays pretty fresh and is not too bad on the stomach either. The lettuce is usually very fresh which gets big bonus points in my book. And the meats are always A++ great. Thanks again.

Got a free regular sub with soda free for my bday today, woohoo! Was happy that Santa Anita Mall had a spot in the food court — didn’t really want to make the drive down to their Monrovia location. Ended up getting the roast beef & provolone on wheat bread with tomatoes, pickles and mayo. Would have taken the lettuce, but it didn’t too appetizing. Though the roast beef slices were generous and fresh as well as the provolone. The sandwich was pretty decent, but the bread was dried and a lil hard to swallow — not chewy like Jimmy John’s or soft like Subway. Thank goodness for the drink that comes with it, otherwise, that would’ve sucked. Service was friendly and effecient. The server was nice and chatty and placed my sandwich in neat order and not sloppy. Overall, I liked the sandwich and will try out another one another time.

Basic in the mall type food, but the steak for the cheesesteak was cooked perfectly right in front of me, and the cheese was melted just as good. I give such a high rating because, not only was the food good, but the few guys who were manning their stations were prompt and polite, despite it being a busy lunch and the crotchety old bitch in front of me who sounded very condescending to the sandwich maker. When I came back for refills, they addressed me with the«I apologize, be right with you» comment, then at the first free moment refilled me. Good mall food, but really good customer service,

I was standing in the front with. No one to help me because I thought only 1 worker was here then this lady comes from the back… And doesn’t say hello what can I get you? She just stands there as I ask for a tuna sandwich. I asked for all the side. Ingredients and in a rude way she says that is vinegar oil ect… I dont know as I pay I didn’t leave a tip … And her name on my receipt was shanna. Wasn’t impressed at this location.

Been here a few times already and I always leave satisfied. The staff is always friendly and the subs are very delicious. The only hiccup is that it can be a bit pricey, but the sandwiches are pretty darn big, more so than Charley’s.

So I’m shopping at the Sport Chalet and I’m starving. Luckily its right by the food court. Look around see all the lines and decide to try Jersey Mike’s cuz the line’s short. I have not been to Jersey mikes before, but the two people who took my order and made my sandwich were super nice! I ordered a Mini. They apologized for running out of white bread so they only had wheat. Fine by me. Instead of making me a Mini they made me a Regular and only charged me for a Mini. Cool! On top of the that the sandwich was pretty good.

Came here mid July. Ordered a regular philly cheesesteak. For whatever reason I can’t explain, it tasted somewhat sour. Was it not fresh? No idea but it was weird. Sandwich was also falling apart upon opening it lol. I mean the staff was super friendly and nice but it doesn’t make up for the crappy eating experience

The staff here is very friendly, and patient. Im not a picky person when it comes to sandwich-type food. Got a standard cheesesteak, but it tasted kind of… sour? Not coming back for that, but I’d probably try something else the next time I go.

I’ve been to this location several times. Most the time, the staff is hiding in the back. When that happens, I usually go to Great Steaks. The food is always good but the staff is so rude. The white girl that works here obviously hates her job. Why you gotta be so rude?

I went here on 4÷20÷13 at 3 p.m. and decided to try their subs for the first time. I was a little confused as to the sizes of their sandwich so this girl gave me an attitude while explaining incoherently about the inches of the subs. I had ask her nicely to try to explain to me the size of the medium subs and she sighed and rolled her eye. At that time i had asked for another server and since he did not give me any options as to what i want on my sandwich, he repeatedly poured some sauce on it like anyone can tell he was over doing it. Whatever it is i took one bite and it was soggy and sour. The rest went in the trash. Never coming back.

This jersey mikes is just the best! I am a lover of juicy sandwiches. I came here one midday as I was starved. After circling the food court and enjoying my rounds of samples, I decided to finally try Jersey Mike’s. I always thought it seemed interesting and appealing but never gave it a shot. Man did I score with the first sub. I ordered a mini #8;(wheat bread) turkey, ham, bacon(they use a single piece that is perfectly satisfying), mayo, and american(instead of provolone). They explained«Mike’s way» includes oil, vinegar, shredded iceburg lettuce, thinly sliced onions, and tomatoes with a sprinkling of oregano, salt, and pepper. This sandwich really hit the spot. The juicy combination of a small amount of mayo mixing with the oil and vinegar… heaven. For the price of $ 5.95(tax was included!)the mini fills a happy belly. This is a mall location, so ambiance isn’t so intimate or relevant. P. S. the way they serve the subs here has got to be the cherry on top. Whether you get yours dine in or to go, they wrap these babies in special jersey mikes paper, paper on the outside, and plastic/parchmenty on the inside-holding onto all the sweet drippings for your continual enjoymentfor avid in-car eaters like myself(that are always on the fly), this was my second favorie part. I find myself forming food addictions quite frequently. I have to have my latest craving over and over until I am content with it and move onto the next delicious addiction. Jersey Mike’s has definitely captured my palate’s attention. They have membership cards, buy 8, get one free. I’m halfway there! #nomsohard

Jersey Mike’s will always have a special place in my heart. However this location in the mall wasn’t like the experience I had at the Fair Oaks South Pasadena location! This one seemed a lot messier and careless. Also my sandwich turned out with a significant less amount of meats than when I had it at the other location! I think they may be taking some shortcuts here… But it is in the middle of the mall so I wasn’t expecting it to be top notch! I can say that I will only be returning to the Fair Oaks location now!

Had their Philly Cheese-steak on wheat bread. Not bad & not great. Not enough meat on a huge roll.
