Damn! One of the best Thai Food even though it’s just one of those food establishments at the mall. If you like chicken, their chicken dishes are sent from Chicken Heaven.

Let’s be honest… food court could be the worst place to go to have a good meal. Most of the time we ended up eating there because of the convenience that it represents while we’re at the mall doing some shopping. This place is relative«new». It’s very decent. Large portions. Two people can share a combo, easily. My only concern is that the flavors are not consistent. Tonight was my fourth time eating there and it tasted like… well…not good. Still a good addition to the food court.

INCONSISTENT. The first time I had pad Thai here, it tasted like pat Thai. It was not fabulous but was good for food court food. Today I had the same pat Thai with curry chicken on the side, noodle was so hard; almost not eatable. Honestly all hard noodle; not a bean sprout to be found! Worse I ordered it to go with a large soda, but the girl forgot to give me my soda. Worse, the thin bag had three holes in it. Most of the Curry end up all over me and my car. Just than I remember she forgot to give me my soda. Terrible food and service. Never coming back.

My child ate the mango chicken and said it was good. The reason for the low rating is that the staff refuses to disclose allergen information. Do not try to eat here if you have any food allergies. They also use the same utensils for multiple dishes. The service is mediocre but no worse than other mall restaurants. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Very great customer service! The food was pretty good for your standard mall court food, so I’d definitely say if you’re in the mood for something different, come check this place out! They hand out samples, which is a plus since you could taste what they offer! Plus the staff are all very friendly and are a pleasure to talk to! :)

Food is bad and greasy. Gave me indigestion and they don’t even have refills for drinks while the two adjacent businesses do. Won’t be eating here again.

I walked up got padthai pre made with some curry chicken and walked away. I pretty much paid $ 7 for the worst food ive ever eaten! I threw it away and am in line to get chipotle! If I die from chipotle and their outbreak at least I’ll die with a good taste in my mouth and satisfied! Please no one eat here! I just wasted money and I can’t get it back!

Unless you carefully scan all the retailers in the food court, you may miss this new vendor. There is something about the setup. It sits just far enough back that you can possibly miss it. Luckily, they have somebody out front giving free samples to reel people in. I was thinking about going to my usual Kabobery, but after seeing they sold Pad Thai, decided to give this place a try. I got the vegetarian pud thai and spicy curry with rice — 2 item combo and rice was one of my combos to go with the curry. The food was ok. I was not wowed by it, but I was pleasantly surprised with the portions. All for under $ 8 bucks. At that price point, I think this place delivers a tremendous value. I spend almost double at the Kabobery. I love the Kabobery, but not twice as much, which is what I would pay. You will probably end up trying every place in the food court, but if you have a big day ahead of you, give this place a try. You will not be finishing the day on an empty stomach.

My friend from work and I were strolling around the food court and we had noticed this new Thai place. There were also people giving out free samples. I tried the mango chicken as well as some other chicken dish, like a teriyaki chicken? The Mango Chicken was pretty tasty and they have a «Chef’s Special Mango Chicken» dish which is $ 6.59 and includes vegetables and rice. Anyway, similar to a Panda Express… they have different prices depending on how many entrees you want and you have your choice of rice or noodles. You can upgrade for a small price to Pad Thai or a seafood entrée. 1 Entrée = $ 5.99 2 Entrees = $ 6.99 3 Entrees = $ 7.99 They also have side orders or under the«Fresh Cooking» menu, you can order Pad Thai(chicken, beef or shrimp) and Basil Fried Rice(chicken, beef or shrimp). Other than the items I sampled, I ordered veggies with eggplant & tofu. My friend got the Chicken Curry, which I also sampled. Overall, pretty good for a Thai place in a food court! 7⁄100 Reviews for 2016

This is located in Westfield Santa Anita food court. Parking could be challenging. This is like Chinese food hidden underneath a Thai label. I sampled a piece of BBQ chicken and thought it was a bit on the salty side. After I sampled the teriyaki chicken(too greasy) from Sarku Japan, I kept walking to the end of the food court and then walked back to Ruby Thai. I ordered the 1 item BBQ chicken with noodle for $ 5.99. The chicken is dark meat and very flavorful on the sweet side with a salty kick. The noodle is a bit thick and doughy but lack veggie. Overall, my hungry belly approved. My sauce rule is that the sauce is for dipping and not for soaking. So it is quite OK for the sauce to be covered in oil. If you like Panda Express, you will like this fast food place. This place does have padthai but with extra charge. If you like spicy, they have spicy items.

I didn’t like the combo meal but ordering pad Thai fresh was so good. I wish there were more raw bean sprouts for crunch but there was soooo much food! Worth the money!

First time eating here and I already love it. The mango chicken is so good. Also tried the BBQ chicken, also good. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable.

A nice little restaurant in the food court right next to Hibachi-san. I started going here often after work. The food is very affordable and very filling – $ 7.99 for a 3-combo entrée is a steal. They’re very generous with their portions, always filling it over the brim – the food lasts me two days which I love! I always get their green beans, eggplant tofu, mango chicken, lo mein noodles, and thin Singaporean noodles. I haven’t tried their pad thai yet because I’m extremely picky when it comes to pad thai so I’m probably going to hold off on that. I didn’t like their Thai tea – kinda wish there was more milk in it to drown out the very strong, bitter tea flavor. However, the boba was superb! Wouldn’t recommend going here just for the drink though. Very good food, especially if you’re on a budget! Oct 13: I ordered their curry chicken and it was very delicious. I also forgot to mention that the service is great and, because I visit so often, they know me pretty well now. Definitely a fan of this place.

Is it the best Thai food in the world? Absolutely not, but this is your average mall chain Thai place and it’s honestly REALLY good. I ate from here twice so far and both times have been delicious. I had the curry chicken this last time and the sauce is spicy but very delicious. I also love their very thin noodles. Overall, you can leave with a plate of food for less than $ 10.00, and the food is pretty good.

This place is very tasty, as mall food goes. :) Food under a lamp in a tray is not my favorite. That said, I really enjoy both the yellow and panang curry options. The moderate level of spice is very welcomed. I find the staff friendly. My only wish is that plain jasmine rice was an option in addition to fried rice.

Crap. Glue like rice, bland vegetables. Took it back, and lady cashier was rude and no smile nor pleasant nor sorry or Thank You! Noticed then that the Cooks were sweating down their face, not happyworking in U.S. or in the place? Dirty kitchen, nasty grease under the cooktop. Needs a surprise visit from the OSHA health Inspector.

I came to the Westfield mall in Arcadia with my daughter for a change. We shopped and played a little and then came to Ruby’s for dinner. My daughter tried a free sample of Mango Chicken and decided to order here. After choosing and paying, I dropped my dinner all I’ve the floor near the tables. When I went to their counter to tell them what I did and ask for the janitors to be summoned, they said no problem and proceeded to make me another! That was really nice and I was impressed. Thanks!

Was sick to my stomach moments after eating from here!!! I had order the freshly made beef pad thai and the odor was extremely pungent and overwhelming. I seriously don’t know why I did this, but even with the awful smell I decided to take a few bites thinking it would not be so bad. Worst idea ever! After I threw my meal away I was looking at how they kept their food, some of which is raw(eggs out of shell and raw beef) and completely left open at room temperature for god knows how long. Please I cannot stress how horrible this place for health reasons! DONOTWASTEYOURMONEYHERE!!!

Terrible experience at the mall yesterday, so was willing to give this place a try. Lots of samples available. Staff was friendly, not pushy, and really friendly. Price was good. Food was good too. I had the combo with the lemon chicken, nice flavor, and chicken panang, savory and spicy! I received a preferred customer punch card, and will definitely be back.
