Peet’s Coffee & Tea

Need to maintain fresh decaffeinated coffee beans at all times. My decaf latte was sooo bitter, it was absolutely undrinkable… Just horrible. And I normally love the richness of Peet’s coffee.

Love this location, the baristas are fast at making the drinks with great presentation. They have a nice outside patio with great sun hitting it down. Inside the store their is plenty of seating!
Oh and they have wifi!

The baristas are awesome! Coffee is consistently good. A nice atmosphere to kick back and relax. The clientele a joy.

The staff at Peet’s Coffee & Tea always serve their customer’s with a warm greeting! All of the staff member’s are knowledgeable about coffee and tea. On January 18, 2015, the District Manager was visiting the store. I introduced myself to her and expressed to her how fantastic the Peet’s staff was.

I never try Peet’s Coffee until I got a coupon on my email for a BOGO special, since then, I made the best choice purchasing coffee and drinks more often at this location. The service is very friendly and much faster, no long 5 – 10 minutes, just faster service within a few minutes. The drinks I order is deliciously hot and ready handed by the baristas and amazingly fill up all the way with the strong delicious taste. Other places, the espresso, latte drinks is fill up 70−80%, Peet’s all the way 100%. I highly recommend the matcha green tea drinks to customers who like the flavor of green tea, very strong green tea taste. There are plenty of seats for customers to enjoy their drinks with free wifi.

The baristas here are always really nice! I prefer Peet’s over Starbucks because I love the loose leaf option. The spiced apple cider tea is definitely a good choice for the cold winter days!

There are few times when you can get the greatest steaming cup of Joe only a few minutes from your doorstep. This is one of those times! This is some of the greatest coffee places I’ve ever been too. That’s saying a lot! The place is always incredibly clean and the staff are super friendly! Wi-​Fi is kind of slow, but I’ve seen slower! This shop is in an incredible location! I like shopping for groceries while drinking the freshest cup of coffee in Brentwood! The first time I came here I was wowed with my first sip! I always like coming here in the evening because it’s a great place to get some work done! It’s great that they never ask for your name and end up getting it wrong, unlike another, bigger coffee house chain. I see that some people are complaining about not getting a lid, although I actually enjoy this, I’m able to put cinnamon or mocha on my coffee without spilling it all over the place! I love Peet’s Coffee no matter what!

Everyone is great here. Love coming to this location. Love coming to Peets. Best coffee there is and such a great crew they have every time I go and grab my half black tea/​hald black iced coffee with SF Vanilla.

Their wifi is VERY slow. I tried to work on some stuff there but I ended up going to Starbucks.

Just this AM I went by to try the NEW ICED TEAS… Mango Sunrise and the Green Tea Mojito. Think I found my drinks for the summer (Aside from the new ICED BLACK TIEs)

Best coffee in the area. Makayla is awesome, and always drops knowledge about coffee that I didn’t know before. Go here for coffee, and their tea is killer too

Come for coffee but if you want WiFi, I would recommend going somewhere else. The WiFi here is PAINFULLY SLOW!!! Actually, it seems like every Peet’s Coffee I’ve been to have really poor WiFi service. No, it’s not busy. There are 3 customers as I’m typing this. One is on his iPad and two are using their laptop. I’m using my phone (LTE) which is 1000X faster! Frustrating!!!

I have tried a few different drinks from this place and none have been better then Dutch Bros or Starbucks. I can’t even describe how weird some of their drinks taste, almost like sugary cardboard? It just wasn’t good I have given up and decided to go back to places with more flavor.

While being here in the States, I’ve become to appreciate Peet’s Coffee. The staff at this location don’t seem to be overly friendly but considering it is an extremely busy location, I don’t think they get much time to think! I was a bit disappointed when I went in and asked for one type of pastry and didn’t realise until I got home that I had a completely different one than I had ordered. Totally my fault in that I didn’t check though. Definitely way better coffee than some in this area!

Extremely rude staff. From the cashier to the barista. Their demeanor has always been marginal, but today it was absolutely unacceptable. Cashier was brusque, barista did not bother to say my coffee was ready. And no they were not busy, so that can not be their excuse.
Perhaps PEETS needs to give some much needed «diversity training» inclusive of all! Although their coffee is good, I will not any longer patronize a business that is rude. Starbucks will be my coffee of choice in the future.
If there was a –0 rating that would be more appropriate for this Peet’s location!

I’m not much of a coffee drinker but I love iced tea and tea lattes. After having my simple drink orders messed up so many times by a certain popular coffee house chain I decided to give Peet’s a try. I come here at least 3 times a week (hooked on jasmine lime tea cooler) So far I’ve never had a negative experience like having the wrong kind of milk in my drink which was often at that other chain. So glad there’s a Peet’s in my area.

Peet’s is my favorite coffee chain. It originated right here in the Bay Area and the actually Peet is Dutch/Indonesian…like me! So naturally he knows his coffee ;-)
Staff is super friendly, convientiently located in the Trader Joe’s shopping center so I can grab a coffee before I shop, and I get a free cup of coffee when I purchase a lb of beans. Love you Peet’s!

We visit this particular Peet’s shop almost weekly and the staff is always incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. This location is perfect for us because we can grab a coffee and then head over to do some shopping at Trader Joe’s.
We LOVE Peet’s because they not only have good coffee but they serve vegan cookies and other vegan items as well. My all time fave is the Spicy Ginger vegan cookie but we recently tried the vegan Oatmeal Raisin (at the suggestion of our ever-​so-​friendly counter person) and it was very good — I’d say a very close second to the Spicy Ginger.
I recently tried their Mayan Mocha which is beyond fabulous! I’m actually not a huge hot chocolate or mocha fan but this is a step away from the traditional drinks and into a higher atmosphere of flavor. I had it with skim milk and no whip cream and the drink stood on its’ own quite strongly.
Our Americano’s are always brewed to perfection here and the lovely patio is a great place to sit in the sun on a warm afternoon.
We love our Peet’s!

I was between work meetings in the area and wanted a jasmine green tea, a snack and some wifi. Peet’s it is! I got a reduced fat pumpkin ginger muffin, which was delicious. Staff were friendly and quick.
Just a fellow patron observation… There was a group of people who were taking up multiple tables but didn’t seem to need them all. For example, one woman had all of her things at one table but spent 99% of her time at a table with other people. Strange, especially since it was clear that there were other people who would have liked to utilize the under-​utilized table. Luckily, I was able to snag a small table for me and my laptop.
