The fast food of donuts. Not the cheapest(for a donut) but you will always know what you’re getting into every time you go. KK donuts are sweeter and smaller than most mom n pop donut shops but they get the job done. This location isn’t open as late as other KK’s so sometimes if you catch them right at closing you might even score a couple free dough rings before they toss em for the night. Nothing’s wrong with a lil’ Kreme.

Went to buy 3 dozen doughnuts this morning to take to work for my birthday and there were no doughnuts to be had. The lady said the delivery hadn’t arrived and once it did, it would still be 20 minutes until doughnuts are ready. What’s the point of opening at 5:30 if you’re not going to be able to sell anything until after 6 anyways? Don’t have a sign that says HOT and FRESH if you have no doughnuts… VERYDISAPPOINTED!!!

So famous that need to try at least once in your life! If you think it’s too sweet then try the original one! I like any chocolate flavor donut!

I have never been a huge fan of Krispy Kreme Donuts because I think they’re too sweet, but I’ve had them from co-workers who’ve brought these donuts in for meetings, and was surprised to like them(San Jose area). I thought I’d give it another chance, so we came to the Brentwood location and we got a dozen various donuts to taste test them, chocolate, glazed, cake, jelly filled, custard filled, cream filled, a blueberry, a cinnamon apple one, and the pumpkin spice. ALL of them were dry, as if they were a day old. I could see the air pockets in the donuts that looked more like a dry imbroglio of croissant layers. The best one was the pumpkin spice cake donut because it was a little more moist, but that one was drying out fast. We also got coffee — bold roast, which was actually delicious. We sat and chatted, cut off pieces of the donuts to try them and discuss them, and surfed the web with their wifi. My boyfriend stated the one in Hayward always had soft donuts that almost melt between your fingers. Well … I said«I’m jealous, I want that!» lol we laughed as we discussed the dry disappointing texture of the donuts in our box :-(. We tend to be good sports, but the whole DOZEN was dry. We dipped them in coffee, and that helped a bit. But donuts should be moist, especially the cake donuts, and not be dry and flaky. I can get that in a cracker. I am giving it a 3 for cleanliness, GREAT customer service, friendliness, and even got a free refill of coffee without issue. I really wish I liked the donuts more than all the rest, but at least I can say I «might» be back for a «select» donut, coffee, and relax in their clean cool environment. I was just hoping to find a good donut place in the area to appease my palate when it craves a sweet sensation. Maybe a future experience will be better.

Last time I had a bad experience, but after getting contacted by the stores ma manager Junelle, I went in again. I loved how she took care of business and apologized for the situation that happened the time before. I was pleased with this visit, and I’m glad to say I will be returning.

Newly glazed day old doughnuts, are not the same as hot just off the line. Disappointed and would not have purchased three dozen had I realized this branch only sold pre-made from another location. Seriously the HOTNOW sign use to mean something. In the future I will only buy Krispy Kreme when visiting my hometown of NC.

It’s strange how different this location is in comparison to the Concord location. I love the Concord store with its yummy hot translucent doughnuts. The yummy goodness of the Apple Fritters. The Brentwood location has a different quality of doughnut. The sugar on the regular doughnuts looks white and is kind of chalky. They don’t always have my favorite Apple Fritters. One of the staff members told me that the Fritters are made in Concord. What? Anyway, the staff at the Brentwood location are phenomenal and have the best service. But someone please tell me why is the sugar coating on the doughnuts white?

I’m pissed. Seen their sign lit up stating they had hot donuts. I go in and was told that they didn’t, as a matter of fact they said the sign is always on even if they were out. Their bosses orders. So I left.

unlike other Krispy Kreme locations, this place has few tables for sit-in, it’s basically a donut factory making donuts for donut deliveries. brew: iced coffee(1.79) –tasted harsh, house blend. should have waited for peet’s(in raley’s), 1.80 there. drips: –asked for little ice, almost got a whole cup, saw him hesitate, then stop after a scoop of ice. –location hard to find, indicates little desire for walk-in biz.

Good doughnuts! I wish their glazed machine was working all the time! It has been lately but all these doughnuts are made in concord I don’t know if that’s good Or bad?!

This place doesn’t even make the donuts. They get delivered and all they do is heat and frost. I’ve been to many that make them right in front of you and accurately make them at the store. There is definatly a big difference in the ones made in the store than delivered. These people giving 4 or 5 star reviews obviously don’t know what a real donut tastes like.

Yummy yummy yummy! Service was friendly and attentive and the donuts were great. We tried their Hot Donuts… Oh they were good. Prices are decent considering they are a big chain.

Not much say say about this place really. Its just another Krispy Kreme. Although the place is small, you can get your fresh hot glaze doughnuts here like anywhere else.

Meh… The service was good. The poor kids were swamped with people and they are all learning the ins and outs. So the staff deserves 5 stars. I’ll give them that. However… This is where the problems start. The donuts aren’t made here, which means you will not get the fresh taste or experience(ever). They do glaze them here but that doesn’t really count. Also, there is no drive through so you have to get the kids out of the car. I knew this going there but if you don’t know a head of time you may end up being that parent with barefoot kids in the store.(Don’t be that guy but if it happens, I won’t judge you, we’ve all been there) If you must have Krispy Kreme try this place out. However just remember there are other locally owned donut shops in Brentwood.

This location opened today which I only discovered while having Dinner nearby. I noticed a huge line of people waiting for Donuts and said to Hubby ”I swear that wasn’t there before. Must be opening day or they’re giving people free Donuts”. How right I was, their Grand opening celebration started at 5:30am(yes, you read that right) with prizes for the early birds: — 1st Guest in line gets a free dozen Original Glazed each week for a year — Next 99 in line get a free dozen Original Glazed each month for a year. — 1st100 in line get a free t-shirt Of course, being there at 9pm we were way too late the freebies but it didn’t stop people lining up. Staff were handing our hats to everybody that wanted one and were working through the masses of people pretty quickly. As far as KK Donuts go they’re alright. They’re not my favorite Donuts but I have to remind myself that I’m not in South Bay anymore and Donut options are limited around here. I find they actually come out too doughy for my liking and they need to sit for a few hours after being fried for me to enjoy them. It’s nice to have a KK closer to home for if I should crave a Donut at 9pm at night again. Just an fyi. They don’t actually make the Donuts at this location. They come from another store(Stockton, I believe) already cooked. *TIP* Sign up for their email club and receive and free Donut and Coffee for your Birthday.

I’ve been to Krispy Kreme in Concord but this was my first time at this particular location and I had fun! It was a long line and it was very pleasant seeing a team of people working together. It was a worker that started this chant by the name of Britney I believe and she was wonderful! I overlooked a few workers messing up orders and she stepped in and helped out and kept high energy, Just wonderful. I will be back to the Brentwood location. Yeah KK’s in Brentwood.
