Wow… I’m not sure where to begin. This is only for the Optical department at Briarwood Mall, I don’t have experience with other stores. The office staff are nasty, making appointments online is a joke and they don’t even have a place to wash your hands — they send you to the public restroom on the opposite side of the store and tell you not to touch anything on the way back! Although they participated in our vision plan there are others in the mall to use first. The doctor seemed competent, but getting past the other staff was brutal. No customer service at all
