if this was in my neighborhood, or T accessible, i would def eat here more frequently. this won’t be the most well rounded review, but i had to put something positive up when i saw all the negative reviews abt the place. there seems to be a lot of hate for the pizza — will have to try soon — but regardless, their prices for everything are very reasonable. 10 – 14 for a large pizza, and 6 – 8 on s/l subs. it’s a co-op, and you get the friendly hipsters, and the regular, can’t be bothered w/anyone else trustafarian hipsters — we had nice ones take our order, and even be receptive to conversation. they were doing a helmet give-away, and we left w/2 delicious, filling subs, a cookie, and a brand new bike helmet for under $ 20. we got the chicken parm and veggies w/cheese subs, and they stayed hot til we got home to dot(we did eat one of the subs on the car ride home) maybe they’ve had off days — but when we went they cut up our ingredients on the spot, and though it took a little longer than subway to make our food, it tasted great.

I don’t get why people like this place. I really don’t. The prices are ridiculous — $ 15 for a large calzone that could feed 2 not very hungry people. Unbelievable. Underwhelming does not even begin to cut it. I’ve gotten two things from here — both were just sorta dull and boring. Not that they were bad — just they weren’t all that great. At the price that you pay — I expect to be blown away. Don’t get me wrong — I really like the idea of vegan food. But this is just vegan fast food. Grasshopper next door is cheaper and better. Go there instead if you need vegan eatings.
