I have going here for quite a few years. I love their pedicures and I have used there massage services too. Last Sat I had an appointment for a pedicure at noon. At 12:30 I was still waiting. I left because I consider this an infringement on my time. When I left, the lady at the front desk was on the phone. I told her maybe she would be on time for her next appointment. I have yet to hear anything in a week. No apology. I think this is terrible customer service and will not be back. This is not the first time she has been late but never this late.

For a truly relaxing manicure, make arrangements for an appointment with Ashley Prince. Her careful attention to details and skillful touch make for beautiful nails and lovely, soft hands. The setting allows for privacy and peace to enjoy the time it takes for good grooming. Stay longer and enjoy the many other fine services provided.

I’ve lived in Allen for 12 years and driven by SAEC many times, but just went for the first time a few months ago after my longtime(and now former) stylist seriously botched my hair. When I called, I explained my situation(nearly through tears — my hair was that bad) to the friendly receptionist and asked if she could get me in with someone experienced who wasn’t just out of beauty school. I was able to get an appointment with Lafon for the next evening. Lafon did a fantastic job on my first visit fixing my botched haircut. I wound up going quite short(knew that I’d have to, though) and she blended the choppy layers beautifully. I walked out happy and confident, and left a generous 20% tip because I knew she’d spent a lot of effort(or so I’d thought, turns out she’s just really slow) fixing my hair. Lafon wasn’t the most dynamic stylist I’d ever met and cordial but not terribly friendly, but it was my first visit so I wasn’t expecting much. When I went back 8 weeks later, I don’t think she even remembered who I was. I’d gotten a ton of compliments on the haircut she’d given me and I wanted to go back to that — problem is, she didn’t remember what she’d done and apparently couldn’t figure it out, and she was also really resistant to going any shorter with my hair. I also had her do my highlights/lowlights and even after I told her I processed very quickly, she pretty much forgot about me under the lamp. I think 15 minutes passed between when the buzzer went off and when she came back to check on me. For a haircut(which ended up just being a trim… grrr) and highlights(which honestly, were rather weird and uneven), I was there nearly three hours. I’ve NEVER had to sit at a salon that long before. At this point, I figured Lafon and I just weren’t going to hit it off so when I called to make my next appointment, I asked for someone else. I was given to Rosemary. Woooooweeeee… was that an experience. She spent the majority of my time in the chair criticizing the short hairstyle I wanted(«Your hair just won’t do that» and«I’m a runner too, and I couldn’t stand not being able to pull my hair into a ponytail»), droning on about my weird hairlines(yes, I know, I’ve had them for 41 years… you’re a professional, so just work with it), and telling me the shampoo I used was«no better than washing your hair with Tide detergent». I also got to hear all about her life, her certification as a Master Ninja Color Guru or something to that extent, her boyfriend drama, how long she’d been cutting hair, how she didn’t make any money as a stylist blah blah blah but she loved her work blah blah blah and she loves her craft blah blah blah. I felt incredibly uncomfortable around her, and in the nearly 90 minutes(!!!) I was there… for a HAIRCUT… she spent about five minutes randomly whisping away at my hair and telling me how if I didn’t use their $ 60 Kerastase shampoo, I might as well just accept having horrible hair. Drove me insane. I knew as soon as I walked out that I would never go back to her and wouldn’t be back to the salon. Two strikes and they were out. The salon itself is very cute, but I have to wonder if the prices are so super-inflated because they have just too damn much inventory sitting around. Purses, jewelry, hair and skin products, it was quite overwhelming. There’s so much stuff in there that the«waiting area» leaves you more or less in the way of everyone trying to walk in. Plus, my biggest pet peeve? A rather loud, «Would you like to add a gratuity?» when checking out. Not really, but I guess I will since you asked in front of four people and I don’t want to look like an a-hole. For the record, just so I don’t appear to be completely unreasonable, I went to another salon yesterday and found my dream stylist. She’s friendly, extremely competent, didn’t try to push products on me, and cut my hair short. I also got a card from Rosemary in the mail yesterday saying she’d switched salons. Interesting. Bottom line, I would not recommend this salon(or the stylists I saw) to friends and family.

While the Salon at Eaton Court isnt my fav. massage in Allen(see other reviews). They are definately a class act. and they are my wife’s favorite ! The facilities are perfect, great rooms. awesome«tables»(if you want to call them that. they are more like mini beds at this place :). That said, while i’ve never had a «bad» massage there, there are definately RMT’s there that I prefer over others. I would encourage people to go check it out. They also have a really cool room for couples massages.(with a stain glass skylight).

Indulgent Luxury with Southern Charm! I followed my hair stylist/colorist, Anna, when she joined Eaton Court in October of 2008 and have been a loyal client ever since. The products that the salon offers are so elite and I have seen the condition of my colored hair improve over time. Anna is truly a gem and I trust her completely. When I come in for a haircut, she has already been thinking of a new style or technique. It takes the brainwork out of it for me. Leave that to the pros. The charming home style cottage has an incredible curb appeal and era specific design. Ragan at the front desk is so warm and friendly. I feel like I know her! The owner/manager Cathie can be seen greeting new clients, consulting with stylists, but always makes an effort to stop by to give me a personal greeting. After a few visits with Anna, I took a tour of the second floor with their private treatment rooms. It wasn’t long before I booked my first of many massages with Megan. The experience starts in a candle lit room with cool ac gently blowing in, then you crawl in the massage table that has been prewarmed for you and has such luxurious sheets. Where do they get those? I need to get me some! Anyway, attention to detail is what really makes this massage special. Whether it is the aromatherapy essential oils or the heated pads on your back to loosen any stiff muscles. Megan glides around you as if her feet never touch the ground and she has magic hands. She always seems to find and give special attention to an area I didn’t even realize was bothering me. At the end of our time together, I literally have a glow and can’t wait to book my next appointment. I haven’t really used many of their other spa services but had Jessica handle an «Eyebrow Emergency». I usually tweeze but had had surgery in December and it just got away from me. Jessica certainly takes her craft seriously and I left with the eyebrows I should have been born with. Bottom line-this salon can accommodate all of your needs, be it skin, hair, nails… While when looking at pricing, you may question the value but most likely will be happy to hand them your credit card and book your next appointment! The level of personal attention can not be matched. Salon and Spa at Eaton Court is neither stuffy nor pretentious. It’s where you go to totally indulge yourself at any and every level. Give them a try.

A girlfriend and I came one year they participated in spa week and the experience was awesome. I got a 90 min pedicure in a private room with music and it was so relaxing. Polish stayed on for at least a couple weeks and they had great selection of colors. My girlfriend who is super particular about her massages said that it was so good, she fell asleep. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey but otherwise I would come back all the time. It’s also easy to miss if you’re not sure what you’re looking for.

I give it five stars simply because no one and no one touches my brows but my fave aesthetician, Jessica. I have been coming to this quaint little house cum salon since 2005 because of her. While it is a full service salon and they carry the most exclusive lines of Kerastase, Shu Uemura Hair and Sonya Dakar, nothing tops Jessica’s craftsmanship. Her waxes are swift. thorough and efficient. Her facials are exceptional and with the help of Sonya Dakar products, she gets out gunk and dirt from like the 5th grade! They added a second floor for private massage rooms and private nail work for some girl time but the whole place is sweet and quaint. Never would anyone imagine that such a pedigreed line of products would be sold in little olé Allen but here they are! Sonya Dakar, especially, who is most famous for her work with Cameron, Madonna, Gwyneth and the like. The services are pricey(try $ 65 pedicures) but it is sooo worth every dime and penny. They are clean and add a nice classy touch to downtown Allen.
