I’ve walked in twice now without appointments. Both times only waited about 5 – 10 minutes. Nice relaxing place for mani-​pedis. Efficient and nice work too. Love the plastic liners in the tubs. This last time I had hot wax (oh it felt sooo good) and fresh orange juice squeezed on my legs was really nice. My feet were in horrible shape and when I left they were silky soft.

they lied about their pricing !! a couple days later I decided to google their pricing. and they overcharged me…

Beautiful interior. Came in for pedicure and removal of my nexgen nails. Short and simple experience. For once I didn’t get skimped on the pedicure like I do most places. I didn’t do much today but I’ll most definitely be back for more. Plus I hear from a friend I can get my sports team on my nails done here! I’ll follow up after my next experience

Since the the owner has taken over I’ve been disappointed not with the work but with the experience. The guy that stands at the front (I really hope he isn’t the manager) stares blankly outside chomping on a wad of gum. He never asks if I need anything to drink, I either have to call him over after I’ve sat down (thinking he’d ask sooner or later) or my tech gets sick of waiting for him and has to stop and go get I for me. I’ve been going here for over a year every three weeks and literally not ONE time has he said more than ok pick your color and then points to the chair. Also, in a recent experience my nail tech asked me to wash the oil of my nails, seeing as I had oil on my hands I didn’t want to get my stuff dirty so I left it at my chair. Before I even had time to go get it he had thrown my half full drinks away. I asked why and he said «well I didn’t know who’s they were» it doesn’t matter if you know who’s it was by my purse and I’m the only one washing my hands. All of this leads me to believe he doesn’t have customer service experience nor management experience. He didn’t even apologize. So I drove all the way home with nothing to drink thanks to his idiocy. Missing the previous owners. Only reason they get two stars is because the girl who did my nails did a great job and my pedi was satisfactory.

This was my 3^rd visit here and I have been disappointed each time. I went in Thursday ¹⁰⁄₂₃ and had a full set of eyelashes put on and also a pedicure and gel manicure. When I got home that evening, I noticed a chip/​smudge on the very front of one of my toe nails. I sat in the chair after the pedicure for quit a while plus I wore flip flops home. I can also see around the sides on my toe nails that the paint isn’t very even, just seems like a crummy job. My nails are okay, except I have had SO MANY hangnails and cuticle skin pieces peeling up like crazy all weekend. And the worst part, I spend so much some on the eyelashes and SO MANY have fallen out in just the first 3 – 5 days. I don’t wear make up so there is no wear/​tear on my end. I am very careful with them and have had them before (from other places) and am disappointed. I don’t think I will return.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I got a full set of Nexgen done a week ago along with a pedi. My fullset of Nexgen are already lifting from the nail bed and 1 already completely fell off of my index finger. I was promised by the guy at the front desk that if they didnt last 2 weeks to go back and they will fix them for me or i will get my refund.
I called yesterday after i got out of work and a guy answered the phone. I let him know my situation and he said their policy is 72 hours, which is not what i was told. He asked who did my nails and i let him know the name of the person. He said there wasnt anything they could do and they were fully booked so no one could even take me. I told him what i was promised the day i got my nails done so i wanted a refund. He right away cut me off and said «NO.» He then told me ill let you speak to the manager/​owner. This lady named Avon got on the phone and she was the complete opposite of the rude douche bag that answered the phone. She told me there policy is normally 72 hours to a week, but they would be able to to fix them for me since that’s what i was promised but they were fully booked for the evening. She asked me to call the next day (today) and they would be able to tell me their availability. Well, it funny how things work because I had originally planned to meet my friend at the salon since she needed a fill. I told my friend i wasn’t going to make it since they weren’t going to be able to take me. She later showed up to my house and told me they got her in for Nexgen with no appointment. How shady is that. If you want to waste $ 40 dollars on something that will not last you the norm of 2 – 3 weeks go right ahead. Ill never go back and i will never refer anyone to this nail salon.

I went here with my friend about a week ago. It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. There seems to be a real problem with communication among the staff. I requested a lip wax several times before they sent someone over to do a manicure. I let her go ahead and do the mani and I did eventually get my wax. They did a good job on everything. I’m giving an extra star for the complimentary margaritas.

This place is AWESOME! Really nice technicians – professional attitude, clean work, and dressed appropriately. There are something like 30 pedi stations and 20 or so mani stations. The prices are very good and all the pedicures come with at least a 10 minute massage. I’ve never had an issue with being short changed on the massage time. I have only had one bad experience and it was all my fault because i picked a weird color mix – anyway, the next day I was unhappy with my choice and I went in and my nail tech took all the shellac off and redid it for free – awesome!
There is complementary wine and margaritas. Their website has lots of coupons and right now I think they are still running their 20% off everything sale.
I get my brows done here too and always get complements. Love this place! Highly recommend!
