Trim You Wellness Spa

I purchased a Groupon for 3 Lipocellix body contour sessions and had my first one on ⁴⁄₂₅. I hadn’t heard of Lipocellix or had one before so I was a excited to see what it was about. I couldn’t be more pleased with the immediate and lasting results. I lost 1 lb and 2 points on my BMI after only one session, and I can’t wait to see the results from the others. I liked Valerie and found her to be very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

This is an e-​mail i recieved from Trim Spa about the review I wrote. I believe the e-​mail will prove to you this is an establishment you should stay way from. The tone of the e-​mail was not customer service friendly it was more of «how dare you have a negative opinion» and their rebuttals were not true. My response to them was to not contact me again. I hope you find this bit of information helpful.

I am totally flabbergasted at your Unilocal review:
I would highly recommend not spending your money with Trim You Wellness Spa. I purchased a groupon for a chocolate facial and an infrared wrap. The wrap turned out to be wrapping your body in saran wrap and laying under a huge heating pad and the chocolate facial didn’t exist. The customer service was horrible. I e-​mailed back and forward with a woman who claim she was just an employee but when i recieved my «treatment» she then became part owner. Booking my groupon was a challenge because the «employee/​part owner» claimed they were so busy with other groupon/​living social appointments but when arrived they were just moving into the building. I would strongly suggest you do your homework before you spend your money at this establishment for any spa treatments. It is far from a day of relaxation.

You held onto the coupon for months before redeeming it.
If you wish to bash my business, I wish that you would be totally HONEST! Only one area of your body was wrapped in saran wrap.
We apply the saran wrap over the gel to keep the gel on your skin and not rub off on your shirt. This is a customary process, nothing unusual about it.
We have NEVER used a huge heating pad, only a professional grade INFRARED slimming blanket. Pictures of our INFRARED unit attached.
You knew we were ONLY having a table set delivered. We were not just moving in. Wow!
We were preparing fr our grand opening event.
Yes, we did move from one location to another and were servicing clients as well.
I’m thankful to God that after over 5 years in business, we do not experience mean spirited customers like yourself on a regular basis.
I’m thankful to God to have hundreds of clients that we service on a regular basis who are quiet happy with all of your services.
I am aware that we can not always please everybody. There will always be people in this world with vindictive spirits and evil souls.
I was very cordial to you… so I’m not sure why you weren’t pleased with the customer service either.
Nevertheless, I pray for you and your soul. If you can actually post these lies, feel good about yourself and sleep at night… it would be obvious to me that you are not a CHRISTIAN!
