Employees are nice and helpful. Although they need more varieties of foods, they also run out of soup pretty quick

went in today (9÷22÷15) for a quick bite and the younger hispanic lady with dyed blonde hair who took my order had so much attitude for no reason. She was so unfriendly and she seriously had this stank look on her face the entire time. She kept repeating questions, like calm down I heard you the first time let me look at what you guys offer first since I have never ate at subways before. She was in such a rush to get back to the loud employee congregation that was taking place on the side which must totally be what they get paid to do all day. In all seriousness though, I am ordering and paying for my food, not for her rudeness/​attitude so she should learn how to be professional and just make my sandwich, it’s as simple as that.

Employees are very friendly and super quick at making sandwiches. Definitely a FIVE star Subway!

Wow, I received pretty severe food poisoning from this exact establishment last night. Not sure what exact component of the sandwich was tainted, but something was definitely bad, because I spent a couple hours vomiting last night a few hours after I ate here. Please take pride in your job and don’t serve someone bad food! Terrible experience, I will probably never be back to any subway ever again! Disgusting.

Dirty floors with soda spills and food crumbs everywhere. My flip flops were sticking to the floor :(

I have been here several times already, and I haven’t had a problem with this place. It is how the place is supposed to be. I ordered a veggie delite yesterday, and had a coupon for free guac! Made my sandwich so much more tasty! The employees said hi, thank you, good enough. Gave me what I wanted, and I will be back!

I’ve been going to this location at night for the last couple of weeks since its one of the only places open and every time it’s the same woman manager working, never helps me ignores me and either waits for someone to realize I’m there or yells across the store. Laziest manager I’ve ever seen tonight I went in she was sitting down while the crew member was on the phone she noticed me and called for the guy on the phone when he kept talking she laughed and I left. Not once did she get up or anything. Worst subway I’ve ever been to with service will NEVER go back. I’ve worked in customer service and never have I acted so Ignorant like she did.

The City of Philadelphia should sue Subway for defamation for selling their Philly Cheese Steak sandwich.
Subway’s so called Cheese Steak has to be the worst in the USA.
A complete misnomer, Chipped Beef Sandwich would be a more accurate name.
Don’t waste your precious bucks on this pale excuse for a Cheese Steak.
Go next door to Just Grillin’ and have a real, authentic Philly Cheese Steak, cooked to perfection with melted cheese, onions, mushrooms and slivers of bell pepper, on a toasted bun.

It’s open 24 hours! Yay! Starbucks next door.
I like this Subway because they sell Rainbow Sandwiches! Only found at limited locations, THESE are filled with tasty pink nuggets of crackling sugar, topped with purple sugar coated Unicorn’s hoofprints, PACKED with shimmering gold coins, and served by cheerful zesty green Elves! Wait, there’s more! The waiters are buff shirtless dudes, with six pack abs, million dollar smiles, and the firm tanned buttocks a Princess would eat olives off of.
It’s a frickin’ Subway sandwiches ppl. Waddya need a review for?

Typical Subway. Open 24 hours though. Been here only once. The staff was fast and friendly.

Spacious, 24-​hour location. Other than that a regular Subway with nothing special to mention. The employees are neither overly enthusiastic nor overly rude — just efficient. I’m hoping another restaurant or two will open in this Kohl’s shopping center to give Subway, Jamba Juice, Starbucks and Pick Up Stix a little competition.

Some times stop by this location on my way back home from the gym. Located right off of Fremont in a small plaza with Kohl’s, Starbucks and some other businesses. Usually get their Black Forest Ham or their Sweet Onion Chicken Subs on toasted wheat bread. So good and very filling. The service is always pretty quick here. Every time I come here, there is rarely a line. For my side, I’ll go with their baked lays chips or once in a while their chocolate chip cookie. Not sure why, but for some reason I am addicted to this cookie. Always get the meal, which comes with a drink and either chips or cookies. You should have no problem parking. There is ample parking spaces in the back of the restaurant.

The are two female employees don’t know how to treat the customer. One of them her name is Cyreana

I always buy subway platters for sales meetings I do with my customers. Everything was made on-​time and looked good. Only issue was checking out took longer than normal since it was lunch time.

I’ve given way too many chances to this subway, than what it deserved!
The taste of the sandwich and it’s ingredients taste old.
Seems like it’s under new ownership, but they aren’t doing a good job if that is the case
Employees should be trained on customer service, the vibe just doesn’t feel right!
Won’t be coming back, unless it’s the only restaurant left in town…

Service here not good. Very stingy on portions of veggie; you’d have to ask so many times just to get the same amount as other subways. Very disappointed. And if you go there during lunch time when it’s crowded the workers there are even grumpier.

I literally live less than two minutes away from this subway but I WON’T GO HERE.
Unless it is 2am and I’m really craving Subway. (Since it is the only 247 Subway around) The employees are too sloppy. My sandwich usually comes out all squished and falling apart. I would rather drive to another city, to another Subway than come to this one.
The employees just don’t care.

Rude and a ripoff…
I frequently visit this Subway and by frequent I’m talking about three times a week since my office is literally three blocks away. I use their app to order which instructs you to go straight to the cashier and pickup/​pay when you arrive. It also entitles you to a free cookie as a «launch» promotion for the app.
Usually the owner is on the register and he is aware that I’m standing right in front of him, asks what I need, I tell him «online order» and he gets me rung up and out. Honestly if I wrote this review after my last visit it would have been 4-​stars and a recommendation. But…
Today there was another lady «L**» on the register. I was standing there right in front of her and she ignored me, rang up 6 other customers– three from my right and three from my left while I just stood there in the middle right in front of the cash register until I finally said «excuse me– can you ring up my online order» to which she seemed aggravated. She got my sandwich, asked me what kind of cookie, then proceeded to charge me for the «free» cookie. When I told her «hey, you’re not supposed to charge me for the cookie it’s free» she said «oh sorry» then proceeded to the next customer without even looking back at me. Wait, don’t you owe me money? Did you just basically say «I ripped you off sorry oh well get out of here». Totally disappointed with this place that until today I was very pleased with.
The good news is that there are two other Subway restaurants within a ½ mile of my office so somebody else can have my money in the future. Such a shame. To all you business owners who don’t think one employee can make a difference in your store here you go…

I really enjoy coming to this Subway since it’s on my way home from a long day at school. There is rarely ever a long line (I usually go anywhere from 6 – 8), and it meets my veggie delite needs!

Hit or miss since there are workers here in and out all the time and since it’s 24 hours, you know you want that sandwich and stomach probably thinks anything is good since you’re hungry.
But mostly misses.
They do have restrooms for both men and women though!
