One of the worst subways in this area! Owner seem to always be there and are completely rude and treat there employees with no respect. Won’t give time for customer to order and they give you attitude when asking for something extra even for napkins!!! Don’t blame employees it’s owner who are bad!!!

The service at this location is very terrible. A person by the name of Cynthia is so rude and seems like she hates her job and customers annoy her. I frequent this location because its closest to me but not anymore. Management needs to hold her accountable for her bad customer service and loosing sales. I will be contacting subway headquarters and maybe health department for what happened tonight.

The service was horrible. The people that work there were horrible. My sandwich was horrible. I got no greeting when I entered nor a farewell although I wouldn’t want one after all I had to go through. I’ve been here more than once and each time I go the service gets worse and worse. They heckled me for pushing the timer on my coupon, through my phone, although they saw me push it and they ended up not wanting to honor my coupon. I’ll be taking my service to the subway on Freemont. Well worth the drive.

Paula really took good care me and made the sandwich just how I requested. What I really appreciated was my wife and I were not kept waiting even though there was a big order right ahead of us. Paula was friendly, fast, and yet detailed. This was a quick dinner and it was most enjoyable. If you come here to eat, look for Paula.

So I went in here a few a weeks ago to get a kids meal for my child. My children wanted to get the bag mainly, so I gave in. When I tried to order the kids meal with a meatball sandwich, they refused. They told me I couldn’t have it with that kind of sandwich. If there was a price difference I would pay for it, but they looked at me and told me they couldn’t do that. My kids wanted the bag, why can’t I order it with the meatball and just pay the difference? We can’t do that. Really you guys can’t do that? Okay…I walked out. Stupid Stupid… Really? With all those ingredients, condiments, breads and meat options… you can’t make a kids meal with a meatball sandwich… Don’t waste your time and money at this location.

Avoid at all costs!!! There was a beetle in my sandwich! I think it came from the lettuce. When I asked them for a refund they told me there was nothing they could do since I ordered from the app. When I called customer service to complain they told me the owner was the only person who could refund me. meanwhile I had already spoken to the owner on the phone and she insisted she could not do anything… when I told her that was untrue she told me she did not want to argue. Avoid like the plague.

Came here a month or so back actually and all I can say is rude, rude, rude! The girl helping me didn’t want to at all. In addition to that, she misheard me and when I corrected her she continued on with assembling the sandwich the way she seemed to see fit. All right then. I guess I couldn’t make it my way. Brought the sandwich back home and it was soggy. Why? Because she drenched it in sauce as if I wanted to swim in it. Probably the worst subway I’ve been to! Horrible parking too. The one down Fremont is better if any of you seriously want Subway.

From previous reviews, I’ve noticed some have not had the best experience here, but I must say, my visit in the AM for a delicious egg white breakfast sandwich w/fresh veggies was nothing but great! Amanda behind the counter was fast, friendly and helpful(right on it when the coffee needed refilling.) She asked how my day was… just very pleasant. And the food is a nice change from the oily fast food breakfasts that are so common when out and about and in a rush. There’s plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. It’s clean, too. What more can you ask for in a fast food chain?

Seriously, the slowest customer service of the Subway industry. Two workers only. One at the cashier and one as the sandwich artist, Brittany. 3 customers ahead of me and it almost took half an hour till i was served. I needed it fast pace since i had to go somewhere. Cashier was hard to understand as well. Subway needs to hire clear speaking, fast paced workers. Pronto! Plus, the management needs to train them more better on working the food appliances. I wanted my sandwich toasted. While, in the process, she pulls out the sandwich nearly half burnt any longer she would have to make my sandwich, again.

I never write reviews but I just had to with this one I live really close by here and I’ve been here many times and I’ve always tried to give the benefit of the doubt and give it another shot. But every time I go there is a particular employee that makes my sandwich her name is GABY and she is extremely rude. Like she is always having a bad day and takes it out on her customers. You’re supposed to provide good customer service if you work in the food industry and she makes my sandwich so carelessly EVERYSINGLETIME. I will not coming back I will drive farther if I have to.

Seriously. Terrible. Hate to write a bad review, but after tonight, it must be done. I usually always avoid this location. Every time I come there is ALWAYS attitude. It makes me regret even making a purchase there. And tonight, the employee Gaby, was just straight rude. No «hi» or anything just. what can I get for you? This was after waiting for her for a couple minutes. She didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Mind you, there was only me and one other customer there. She acted like I was interrupting whatever it was she was doing. She rolled her eyes when I wanted to add avocado and threw together my sandwich. Just didn’t give shit. Find a new job if you don’t want to be there! I couldn’t believe the other kid making a sandwich for a customer behind me. The customer asked what kinds of chicken they have. The employee literally said, «we have a lot. The cheapest is our roasted chicken.» The man behind me was pretty taken back by that answer. He even said, «so. Are you paying for it or something?» I couldn’t believe it. The customer service sucks here and the food is mediocre. I will never be back to this location. Management needs to step it up!

I hate writing bad reviews, but every time I come to this Subway the girls who work there are exceptionally rude and constantly rush you through your order; even if there is no one in there. It is literally as if they are annoyed that you are asking them to perform the basic functions of their job. You are guaranteed a sandwich with a side of bad attitude every time you come here. I have only experienced good customer service with the same girl who is par above the other girls. I don’t know her name or I would definitely give her some praise. All in all, terrible service and my sandwich is usually slopped together with the same poor attitude that is served to my face. Who ever owns this location ought to reconsider who is the face of this location.

Horrible experience. I came in with a gift card to get a sandwich and there«machine» was down. Their front runner/manager came and handled the situation very poorly. She turned our business down if we didn’t use cash. Horrible management and the owner should be upset. A $ 5 sandwich turned into a horrible experience with angry customers. Never using this location again. Quiznos is our next stop…

I no longer live in the area, so chances are, I’ve bought my last sub at this location. That said, I went there often when I lived nearby, and beside the fact that they don’t for whatever reason, carry spicy deli mustard, never had any issues there. The staff was always friendly with me and courteous. The sandwiches were always fresh(as fresh as expected) and ingredients good. I never encountered an enormous line or wait at this location, despite the fact that I often hit it around dinner time in the middle of the week; that’s a good thing. The only thing that ever bugged me about this location is the absence of spicy deli mustard; I’d always ask what’s up with that, and they’d never know. Maybe the owner has a prejudice against spicy mustard. Maybe he or she was touched the wrong way as a kid by a spicy mustard bottle. Who knows? I wondered if it was maybe a Chinese thing, since there are a couple in Alhambra. But no — plenty of Chinese folks eat REALLY spicy things, so I don’t think that was an issue, either. It’s a mystery that will never be solved. At least not by me. This location is great for a quick sandwich run and is located near a Seven Eleven store in case you want some beer or a Slurpee to go along with your Spicy Italian!
