This is obviously a franchise operation, and the owner is pinching pennies. The store is new, so its very nice — but it’s winter and they won’t turn the heat on. Personally I won’t patronize a restaurant where I have to wear a coat inside because it’s 58 degrees in the place. There’s a nice tea bar set up, but they won’t open it — probably don’t sell enough. That’s reason # 2 I won’t return, every drink they offer is sugar-laced or plain water. Been there twice, thinking the first time was a fluke but it wasn’t. Won’t be going back. Franchise owners should listen to their customers(I complained) or they will find they won’t have any. The food however, it good, hot and tasty. They just need to get their priorities in order.

I like Panda Express but this location has serious issues. On my first visit today all the issues previous Unilocalers have mentioned are still there so they clearly aren’t working to address any of them. They were understaffed. Only one server and 1 cook. It was towards the end of the lunch rush, around 1:15 or so, but they should still have more staff at that hour. Also, I saw food bins with nothing in them or tiny amounts, not enough for a full serving. I saw one woman get a very sad portion of mixed vegetables and she didn’t ask the cook for more until she scooped the last vegetable out of there. Also, no brown rice. But the worst offense of all — there were huge chunks of raw uncooked onions in the chow mein.

Idk why everyone else has such bad experiences. I have had 2 different shift managers that work hard to make me happy. Making fresh food when i ask for it and even throwing in extra rangoons or something for waiting. The experience is good and the food is great. Esmerelda is awesome, ask for her.

I take it back. Came here a few other times and food has been trash quality. Beijing beef has been a disaster. Lady charged me for a «bigger plate» incorrectly. Did not apply my discount the last time around. I HATEITHERE.

New store, experiencing new store issues. Staffing was minimal and the line showed. Stocking was poor, napkins not available, and only 2 of the 8 fountain drinks were working. The food results were good in fact better than my usual Panda Express visit. Training needs work.

I went in around dinner time thinking that it might be busy but the food would be at least fresh-unfortunately I was mistaken. Most of the food dishes only had a small scoop left and not enough for any entrée order and the place was empty. The two items I did order tasted ok-chicken teriyaki and chicken mushroom. However the weirdest thing happened-I wanted to order a milk tea drink from their new tea bar menu and the cashier kept saying no we can’t order the tea. I was confused-I kept asking her why and she kept giving me different excuses, first she said she was the only one there(which wasn’t true, there was a cook and someone cleaning the area) and then she said that the machine wasn’t working. After a few minutes of trying to figure out if the tea bar was only open during certain times of the day the manager came over and ask what’s wrong. I asked her why the tea bar was closed she said it wasn’t closed and that the cashier just didn’t know how to make the tea. It was so weird-why don’t they have their workers trained in all the areas? On the plus side the place was nice and clean. Maybe I’ll come back later once they have their employees properly trained.

This is a new location that just opened near Wegmans at Hilltop Village, my first experience was not the greatest, non-existent really. Saturday night hours showed they were supposed to be open until 10pm, after a very long day I went and got there at 9:35pm, people were inside working and eating, the«Open» sign was still on but the doors were locked. The staff didn’t bother to acknowledge us(myself and 3 others) to tell us they were closed, as a matter of fact after noticing we were outside one of them seem to proceed to tell his co-worker to lock the door on the other side of the building. I found it very rude and just completely unprofessional, I can understand if they wanted to close early or whatever reason they found to close, but it just would have been nice to be acknowledged. I hope they see this and make sure to give customers a good first impression and experience, specially being a brand new location.
