Slow service and greasy food. Saw someone return their whole meal! My donuts were fine, but they only had glazed left and it was only 8:45!

This Duncan Donuts should have their franchised revoked. They are cheap, attitude infused and rude. Most(not all) but most of the employees are rude, disrespectful and clearly don’t want to be there. Additionally they do not listen to your order and usually make your coffee or drink the way they want, not what you requested. Dirty… there is no cover for the donuts with flies on the donuts.(Noticed Alexandria Health). The last straw. No stirrers, sugar, Splenda, equal or sweet and low out for customers. I’m always nice to the people here and am treated rudely. Taking my business to another coffee shop. Bye Bye.

This DD is not so great. The location it is in is really nice, but the DD itself is just not great at all. I don’t like that all of the staff hardly speaks English. I mean don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with anyone that works there, but it becomes a problem when orders are wrong and the fact that you have to keep repeating yourself because no there speaks good English. The food, it is what it is. I don’t eat DD like that, but from what I have had from there… It taste like frozen foods that you keep in your house and are about to heat up. I know I am not the only one that thinks that?

This place is ok with a few hiccups on their slowness… seems to have tension between the manager and am employee there… I sure missed fairfax circle that opens 24÷7…

Slooooooow service. Especially in the morning rush. Good donuts and sandwiches, poor coffee.

I’ve been to this chain several times. Usually they are pretty good, when the order is compiled of donuts that can be grabbed from the bins. If ordering a combo, make sure that the cashier punches in the correct order. I asked for an «8» and a «6» was apparently punched in instead. I got yelled at after asking about my order because she said that I had said«6.» Since I don’t normally order combos, I know that I had not been mistaken. We actually had a back-and-forth yelling match!!! Then, she slammed around in the mini kitchen making up the correct order, muttering and yelling the whole time that I’d ordered something else. She then slammed my order on the little counter. I said«thank you» but she wouldn’t even look me in the eye. Whatever happened to good customer service… and«the customer is always right»!!!

Great and efficient service even when there is high volume, they do a really good job of getting you taken care of without issue. I’ve stopped here during rush hour on a weekday and early morning on a weeknd. The service is consistent as is the product they provide. Although they dont have a drive through, if your on the run and need to get in and out with your coffee and a snack(without a suprise or a large bill), I recommend here.

Great place to visit when your on the go. I personally love their egg and cheese bagel– it’s superb!!! Their donuts are awesome when they’re fresh. Not much to say about this place except that it’s one of the best places to go when you absolutely don’t have much time to spare.

Not connected to a bakery, so the donuts are delivered daily. So an average selection. But, just about the nicest people. The manager, Swe, seems to remember every returning customer’s order.

It’s like every other dunkin donuts except they are always snippy and rude. it’s quite busy each time i go(different times of the day) and they’re always trying to rush me out rather than help me out with any questions that I may have.

Crowded at 9am on a Wed. Asked a question: «what is your seasonal flavor shot?» and she had no idea what I was asking. Ordered a #1(medium coffee with two donuts) for me and my toddler and she dumped about a gallon of cream in it. There was no cream and no sugar out to make adjustments as needed which is a huge pain. Also, she didn’t give me any napkins in my bag! I have a 2 year old with me! Seriously?! I’m never returning.

If you’re in a rush in the morning go to a different location. The women working here are nice but there is hardly any pep in their step in the morning. I’ll be going to the location on Duke from now on.

Horrible. Waited outside, doors were locked when we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon. Just wanted a coolata, served, couldn’t stomach a half sip. Pure syrup, so much so that the color of the drink was off. Asked for another that wasn’t so sweet(I’ve had plenty in the past, I know what they should taste like). The employee acted perplexed and put out. Poured coffee over the top, made it nauseating. Gave it back and just asked for an iced coffee, can’t mess that up, right? Wrong. It was clear the coffee had been sitting a very long time. I had to throw it out too. I was so disgusted I didn’t even bother asking for a refund.

They are getting dinged for service. Hard. People go to Dunkin for the product. That’s a good thing because this location really struggles when there is more than a handful of people in line. There are friendly cashiers, but the people who make the food seem nearly incompetent as you constantly watch them call numerous wrong food orders. I don’t know where the breakdown is, but it’s consistent. If you can, opt for the Kingstowne location. They are friendly and efficient

Friendly people. Get your order right. It’s always busy when I go. That should tell you something. I’d definitely recommend going to this place. They even gave my wife 3 munchkins for 75 cents just because she was craving a few and didn’t want to buy a whole bunch.

I work night shift at the hospital around the corner and sometimes like to stop in for coffee, maybe some donuts for coworkers, around 6:30 in the evening. Considering this location is open until 10, it’s frustrating how poor the selection is when I come in. It’s great first thing in the morning, but clearly they stop making fresh product fairly early in the day. The staff is always super friendly, though, which is this location’s saving grace.

First visit — sold out of the old fashion, I left. Second visit — old fashion in stock, but stale at 11:30am. i say black coffee, they still ask if i want cream and sugar… I don’t know if this is the worst DD, but definitely not the best.

What’s the big deal with a chain store? The service. The people that work at this Dunkin’ are always helpful, courteous, and very efficient. I’ve been here a variety of times, and regardless of who’s working, they always get you your order quickly and accurately. While this smaller shop is a bit hard to get to(parking lot isn’t the best layout), and exiting the parking lot can be even tougher, its still worth the trip if you’re having a coffee and doughnut craving that needs to be addressed.
