I used to go there every month because they give away free coffee tickets in advertisement paper. Not anymore unfortunately. The shop is clean and newer. Customer service is so so. Doughnuts are … as you know!

I feel bad saying this, most employees here are children and very sweet kids but the service is extremely slow. Probably because there is always only 2 people on staff. If more than 3 people are in line you can watch the string unravel.

Awesome! Almost every month I receive free coffee coupons. The other day my husband ordered iced coffee without sugar. Hat was really watery and sweet. Eh?! Sweet?! We found a big chunk of sugar at the bottom of the plastic cup. All good besides that experience.

I pass 2 Dunkin Donuts on the way to work, but this one seemed more convenient so I tried it this morning. I don’t know if each DD makes their own products or establishes their own offerings, but this place is no where near as good as the DD in Foxchase! They said they don’t have apple spice donuts and it looked like they were almost completely out of pastries before 9am on a weekday. Since they don’t sell apple spice donuts, I got an apple fritter instead, but when I ate it I honestly have no idea what I was eating… it was like a cinnamon bun stuffed with apple compote. I was honestly confused when I ate it because it was NOTHING like the apple fritters I’ve had at other DDs! I also tried the new machiatto, but that also wasn’t one of the better decisions I’ve made today. Maybe because it was a new product, but it tasted like regular coffee at first then gradually tasted like a super sweet maybe coffee concoction. I hope when I go to the DD in Foxchase, I don’t experience the same thing as they are my go-to before work if time allows.

This is a new location, so I really tried to hold off on submitting a review until they had some experience under their belts and work out the kinks, but this morning’s visit made it clear it’s not getting better anytime soon. The location itself is great as it’s easily accessible from major roads and has ample parking. It’s a new location, so everything is clean and in good shape, and there is seating for probably about 15 at tables and a few booths. That’s where the positives end. For whatever reason there is an extremely limited selection with only two racks and often times they’re far from full. I’ve never been to a Dunkin Donuts without Apple n’ Spice donuts, even the self-serve ones at gas stations, yet this location doesn’t have them or many other common items. Service is bad from those taking your order to those preparing them. You often have to repeat yourself many times to get your order straight and then the people making the coffees and hot foods take forever. Even if there’s no line and you’re the only order waiting, it can take five minutes as they bumble around trying to figure it out. The tipping point for me this morning is that they were playing offensive music on the speakers with lyrics about«smoking and f***ing all day». When I brought it to what appeared to be a manager’s attention, she acted oblivious and one of the staff claimed they had no control over what music was played, that it «just comes up».

I don’t normally review places at all but I feel compelled to do so because I’m disappointed. I’ve been here three times and all three times my order had not been correct,(nothing crazy, a bagel with spread and some kind of drink). I gave it a couple more chances because it’s new and I will probably give it another in a couple months but I don’t want to waste my money anymore. Also, since it’s a small location, I’m not sure if they are baking on premises or not, but the food really doesn’t taste fresh. Tastes maybe like yesterday’s baked goods. Again I’m not a Unilocal writer at all, I just felt like it should be Said.

It’s a small store, but what do you really need in a DD aside from donuts and coffee? They’re giving away medium coffees thru next week sometime, they have a few signs visible from King St that says so. The ladies behind the counter were nice and helpful — offering upgrades to my plain iced coffee. Didn’t matter to them if I were paying for it or not, I think their customer service was the same.

Brand new dunkin donuts Location conveniently located by yours truly! Same high quality donuts, bagels, and coffee can be found at this location. Only minor complaint is the small store size. But I’ll be back!
