Papa John’s Pizza

Always great service every time I come in. I work on New Scotland so a few hours before my day is over, I place an online order it literally takes 3 minutes, I indicate cash and pay when I arrive my pizza is always hot and Bruce who has been there both times I’ve come in was very helpful and friendly. He rung me up, provided plates, and always would go out of his way to make his customers happy. This is my go to place for Buffalo chicken pizza. I live in Schenectady and there isn’t any other papa Johns so I’m glad to pick up here and drive it home for 40 min. I highly recommend this papa johns! Thanks for being so so friendly.

I looove Papa John’s, which I sort of feel silly saying considering there are so many independent, non-​big-​chain pizzerias in Albany. But I love the doughiness (I know, it’s not a word) of their pizza, the garlic butter sauce and their breadsticks. I live about three blocks from there, so I always do pick up, and I usually order pizza on their app. Staff is friendly and they have good deals, especially if the Yankees win. Pizza is almost always done by the time they say it will be.

Well, I’m home alone and the powers out so I can’t recharge my dildo. You know what means, PIZZA. I called up the local Popa Johns on New Scotland ave and ordered a large with green peppers, sausage and onions. Price $ 15.12. Was told 30 mins for delivery. Pizza arrived 15 mins after I ordered. I like that. The toppings were plentiful and the sauce tasty. So was the crust. My only complaint is it could have been a bit hotter. Oh well, I have bigger problems. I need new batteries for my. Oh you don’t want to read about that.

Yeah… never again. If I could rate zero stars I would. Thank you papa johns for ruining my families Father’s Day meal!!!

I always order large the work pizza that is good. It is very closed to my apartment. The people there are okay

Better Ingredients, Cold Pizza, Terrible Service… Papa Johns. I made the mistake of ordering delivery from this place on Friday April 3^rd, 2015. I placed my order at exactly 10:00 PM. At 11:15 PM I called the store to inform them it has been over an hour and my food has not arrived. The employee then tells me «yea it should be out soon». I replied «does that mean out of the oven or out of the store?». She then says «Oh yea soon» and then hangs up. The delivery driver shows up at 11:45 PM, Although the driver was very courteous I was not happy with the taste of the food. The pizza was cold and unenjoyable. I do not recommend ordering delivery from this specific store. Sorry Papa Johns but you are long way from learning what «customer service» means.

Order from here about twice a week; delivery is always sooner than estimated, the drivers have all been remarkably courteous, and the order is fresh and accurate. There are so many places that deliver in this neighborhood, I order from Papa Johns not because I’m nuts about pizza, but because this location is dependably exceptional.
For what it’s worth, I am always thanked several times BY NAME for my business by everyone I speak with there. That’s the icing on the cake. (The sauce on the pizza?)

I hate delivery and there responsibility. They called me when they were not here yet so I went outside and they made me wait for half an hour outside for this delivery. I ordered from a university so everybody is familiar with the area. and they never bring pizza inside I have to go cross the street and wait 30 min to receive my order.
