We declined the set piece tourist lunch for the day trip to Avila and Segovia based on our awful experience with the Julia Tour selection in Toledo. This is on the main drag that leads to the Aqueduct and looked touristy, and in fact there were mainly tourists having lunch. What a surprise! Our tour guide recommended dish, Cochinillio, pig leg, was perfection! The skin was thin and crispy, meat was tender, moist and flavorful. My daughter had the Oxtail, which was fall-off-the-bone good, in red wine and tomato sauce. Our server was professional, efficient and almost telepathic. Prices are reasonable and the location was superb. Definitely the place to go in this area. Dessert looked too beautiful to eat, and tastes as good as it looks

Taberna recomendada por una amiga que vive en la zona. Está bastante bien la relación calidad — precio. Tienen un poco de todo, tostas, raciones, sandwiches(muy ricos) Te recomiendo las sartenes de huevos rotos, las ensaladas. Mmmmm
