Loved this place! To start we had the chicken kebab(breast part) was very juicy and flavorful. The beef was hit or miss, as I loved it but some people in my group didn’t probably because of the Mediterranean seasoning. We had The Gambas al Ajillo which was pretty tasty and the paella Mariscos. Paella was good compared to the ones in Barcelona and Madrid because it wasn’t as salty. We finished off with the steak which everyone liked but I didn’t as much because it was raw but the gravy helped a lot. Overall a 5 star experience because the staff were also great!

A Must visit when in Córdoba! Located just outside of the Cathedral tucked away in a corner. The best Sangria in all of Spain and the food was fabulous! Fresh, hot out of the oven bread rolls were still steaming when they hit our table and the sizzling shrimp were delicious to say the least! Don’t miss this great café when in Córdoba!

Not worthy of it current Unilocal ranking. The food are either too salty or too sweet. The bread are too hard. Dishes are poorly presented. Im disappointed. We ordered the salad and the chorizo for starters but our main was very slow. We went there at 7, there were only four table including ours.

Excellent lamb tanjin with almonds and dried plums. The house wine is pretty good too.

Try the ‘Tenera al Jerez” which is very good. A bit noisy outside with all the cars passing, but then not too different from many of the streets in Cordoba. Great wine selection. If there are no free tables outside then ask for one, they take a few seconds to add one. If you line spicy then try the not so traditional patatas bravas.

The tapas here are wonderful. We had beef in tomato sauce, beef with a sherry wine sauce, an egg and potato tapa, potato and seafood salad, and potatoes in a spiced garlic mayo sauce. The beef was a little fatty for me, but I usually never eat meat. It tasted wonderful, and the sauces were very well seasoned. The egg and potato tapa was like a large piece of pie — and it was wonderful. It is pretty large too. Two people should definitely share this — or more than two people. The potato salad was a cold salad with different seafood — not chunks of seafood though. It was very good with the egg and potato tapa. The potatoes in the garlic mayo were delicious. Perfectly fried and crispy. I also had a house beer. It was inexpensive and very good. My sister had what tasted like beer mixed with a lemon soda. Hers was very refreshing and light. The décor was nice, and the service was the best I had in Spain.

Wow! First night in Cordoba and we strike gold. Went here about 8:30PM on a weekday(we are early diners) and a very friendly staff offered us a table. There were about 4 people working in the restaurant and ALL of them were friendly, attentive and professional. They treated us more like they would local patrons, and not as dumb tourists. This is not true in many establishments, especially in heavily tourist cities. We got a delicious seafood paella for two(22 euros total) and some tapas and sangria. Everything was great. We will dine here tomorrow night as well.
