Wow… The stewed pork knuckle is amazing. Full of meat n does not have any funny taste. I don’t know abt you, but for me, most pork knuckle, when u eat the skin n the collegian underneath, there is a slight smell or after taste that u need to hide with a strong flavour like vinegar. But here, don’t need to at all. Also they have a bitter gourd omellette that is not bitter at all. No bitter taste unless u eat the gourd by itself n only then u get a slight taste of it.

It’s surprising that fish head steamboat can taste this good. The fish pieces are super fresh, and well flavored, and it’s amazing how the meat stays tender even after hrs of boiling in that soup! I liked the taro bits and vegetables in the soup, the soup broth is very tasty, with nuances of fish, garlic and cabbage. The prawn paste chicken wings here are surprisingly good. The batter is crispy and very flavorful, and the chicken is tender. I liked the salted egg yolk prawns as well, it’s a runnier version, which I like. The pork ribs with calamari strips are a must try if you are a fan of ribs. They are tender, and the crispy calamari strips really adds an interesting note to the otherwise slightly boring flavor of the ribs. I would definitely go back again!
