Tong Fong Fatt Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice

This is the Bedok Interchange branch of Tong Fong Fatt’s. As the signage suggest, the store sells mainly chicken rice where the chicken is of the white skin variety. The rice is of the oily variety so health conscious people beware. Do try the chili sauce and the soup which has no added MSG.
There is always a queue during meal times, although it has somewhat lessen now due to the renovation works at the bus interchange which directed traffic away from that area. Try it for yourself! You can recognise it by the rows of chicken carcasses lining its glass display — telling people that their chicken is selling like hotcakes!
