One of my favourite places to go for quick lunches/​meals is bedok food centre and Satay Solo is one of my favourite stalls. Even though their stall has the word satay in it, I seem to order the ayam penyet all the time.
The chicken is crispy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside, and the chilli is superb! Its not too spicy and it just adds so much depth to the chicken. They aunty tops it off with a scoop of the extra bater crumbs. Mix that and the chilli into your rice before you dig in. Trust me. You won’t regret it one bit.
