It’s always fun to sit in front of the Teppanyaki grill watching the chefs cook your food right before your eyes, and that’s one of the main allures of this place aside fromt he quality of the food. Their sets have good variety — most offer you a combination of pork, beef, fish and seafood and come with sides like cawanmushi and even foie gras — and you probably don’t have to pay more than 20 bucks a set. As this place is under Sakae Sushi, Citibank card holders get a 10% discount of the price which essentially helps you pay off the service tax :)

Sakae Teppanyaki is surprisingly good! The teppanyaki sets are pretty affordable, and are very worth the money. For less than $ 20, you can get a decent Japanese styled stir-fried meal. The chefs are quite skillful and thus the food is good! The meat does not taste too tough, succulent and full of flavor. The environment is also rather inviting. It is open, and hence you need not worry that the teppanyaki smell will get stuck onto your clothes. It is quite a casual and comfortable setting to dine in. Service-wise was satisfactory too. Great place to get some good teppanyaki food!
